The owner of this small eclectic cafe loves vinyl records and must have a bunch of them. Our waitress said she changes them out periodically. When we went they were 100% Christmas albums, many remembered fondly from my childhood. We felt welcomed by the staff person (it was a quiet afternoon) and she said their specialty is the pot pie/shepherd's... More

Tasty, wholesome and downright deliciously home cooked style meals. Some of the best eats around the Kootenay area. Don't miss out on a chance to dine here if you're in the neighborhood.

I can't say what's in the egg salad recipe, but its truly amazing. So flavourful and creamy! A fork and knife sandwich for sure! And the homemade meat, poultry and seafood pies are outrageouusly great! Comfort food like granny used to make.

Great decor - teddy bears everywhere. Food was homemade and service was good. Seems off the beaten path as it's not in the downtown part of Kimberely.

Whether it's soup, chicken pot pie or a luscious dessert, you can be assured it is homemade! A really nice stop for lunch out. The decor is 50's and 60's retro, staff are very friendly and great stop after a morning swim at the Kimberley Salt Water pool. Their pies are delicious if you only have time for a coffee.

I have to be honest, I really want to like this place. Staff is super friendly. However, it is unfortunately over priced, over cooked and over rated. When already paying a fair price for fish and chips I shouldn't have to pay extra for tarter sauce.....$0.95!!?!

Just moved to Kimberley and have tried several of the restaurants. Bear's Eatery wins hands down. Friendly, personable service, incredibly delicious food, and the pies....ohhhhh the pies. There is no way you can leave this place hungry. We will definitely be back for more....tomorrow.
