My girlfriend liked her pasta gigi, but I found the food to be subpar. The service was excessively long and the waiter was rude. Never going back.

The restaurant itself is cozy and charming, however it was understaffed. The chef was filling in as a waiter. The pasta puttanesca was terrible and the veal didn't remotely taste like veal . Was explained that it was baby veal, however the sauce was much to heavy for this dish. Overall very disappointed. We also waited a very long time for... More

Went there with a friend and it was the Lobster festival. We each had a lobster and it was accompanied with a baked potato and ceasar salad. The food was great and really good service.

We drive from Vermont to dine here and the food is delicious, the prices reasonable and they have live entertainment on the weekends. The owner and staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Great find.

We discovered this place as we drove thru town. The garlic bread was excellent w/lots of garlic. I had chicken w/lemon & capers while my husband tried his favorite, veal marsala. Both the chicken and veal were tender, tasty. We had asked for linguine as the pasta but got spaghetti instead. The waitress apologized but we were hungry so we... More

Super good italian cuisine with an early bird table d'hôte with lots of choices. Escargot Leornado and Aubergine Cake were excellent starters. Veal Parmigiana and salmon were superbly prepared, well presented, very tasty.

My friend and I went out for dinner. He selected this restaurant, wanting to try something new. It is in a wonderful location by lake Memphremagog, with a live band playing that was very pleasant. We sat on the upper terrace. The Atmosphere was very nice. The negative aspect the service was terrible, and we waited greater than an hour... More

Best location in Magog. Great food. Ambiance by the water is amazing on their heated outside terrace. Live music makes the evening very enjoyable.

Went with my wife on a Tuesday evening. Decor is quaint, simple. We were greated immediately..not much of a crowd so we had our choice of tables. We ate from the table d'hote menu..I had the veal and my wife the beef, both with a smoked salmon entree with lemon mayonnaise , julienned cucumber and rocquette salade...IT WAS TO DIE... More

Benito has a different menu than Pub du Pont. It is Italian food whereas the Pub du Pont serves a variety of food among which is seafood. Both are very good. Our favorite at the Pub are the "Bavette" which is excellent and the "coquille St Jacques" which is delicious! Benito has very good chicken parmenglia. The music in both... More
