Everything was right: the service, the setting (THE SETTING!!!), the astonishing food (best lamb we've ever been served anywhere--no kidding), the brilliantly and yet low-key service, the glamour-without-pretentiousness, the casual and sophisticated attentiveness of the staff--THIS is ideal. WORTH the trip, price, the wait--everything.
