this is NOT your "regular" restaurant/cafeteria type of place. Yes, it's busy, yes, you line up, yes, it's easy and convenient, NO, it's NOT fine dining, NO, it's NOT a full menu, and it's like any fast food joint,BUT,right on site. The surprising aspect about this cafeteria, it's actually pretty tasty, fresh, and the hot foods are made "on-demand" so... More

Plenty of healthy choices at reasonable prices. Fresh sandwiches and wraps, although the meats were mostly deli style. Egg salad, chicken salad, yogurt, fruit, hummus, fruits salad. Also grilled foods-burgers, fries, etc. Nice patio area if weather decent.

After driving out to Drumheller, you will want a quick bite before taking in the excellent museum. Unfortunately, this "cafe" is your only choice once you are inside the museum. It is quick, yes. But it is not very good. Limited selection. Fries were poorly done and mushy. Chicken was dry. Outside tables are fun -- don't feed the prairie... More

Pretty decent cafeteria, has burgers and chicken fingers, as well as sandwiches an other cold food. Top tip, bring a water bottle and fill it up in the museum. There is no water fountain at the bathroom near the cafeteria, probably so you buy more bottled water. Overall, nothing impressive, but not disappointing either.

Only negative about the Tyrrell Museum is the high school quality cafeteria. Pack your own lunch as the only other option is overpriced, poor quality and was out of stock on many items such as milk.

Outstanding museum in Drummheller. I'm not especially into paleontology, but this place is truly remarkable. If you're at all into dinosaurs, it's worth the trip.

We were 3 generations of travellers, and each one tuckered out for different reasons. The cafeteria offered cold and hot beverages, sandwiches and salads and some grilled fare. We ordered 2 small burgers plain for my grandson, and mom and I had a sandwich each. Staff were very helpful and made suggestions beyond food for which I was grateful as... More

Nothing fancy, but some good selections and prices. Sandwich we had was just right and tasty. Nice stop on a hot day, relaxing inside.
