Terrible and unfriendly service. Pho does have large portion but so plain, not authentic and no flavour. Avocado smoothie did not have any flavour. Just 1 Star. Salad roll contained Vietnamese pork sausage, lettuce, vermicelli and iceberg lettuce with two half shrimps. We are from Edmonton and this was terrible. NOT RECOMMEND At ALL.

I have been here for many years and come for the pho when I am in the area. The service is not the most friendliest and you better order everything at once or you will have a tough time to find the server again as it does get very busy during prime eating times. The pho comes out quick and... More

I've been here a few times now and usually get the #14 I think it is (Spicy Broth with Thick Noodles and Flank) and I have always enjoyed it. This place isn't remarkable but the value is pretty good. I usually get a large soup and an order of spring rolls and I usually leave satisfied. If you find yourself... More

Good pho soup for a good price. Only complaints are: 1) dirty restaurant 2) poor service 3) too much cilantro. It was good portion of pho soup with lean cuts of meat and lots of noodles. Filling and only $8. Good salad rolls too.

The Pho #1 (adventurer's portion with every type of beef) and spring roll combo for $9.50 is still a good deal. Pho noodles are tasty, beef is abundant and fresh. Enough to share a decent meal/heavy snack with my two little girls. The place is a lot brighter, cleaner and more inviting now that its been renovated. We really like... More

We ordered a house special beef noodles and a bowl of "specialty" noodles as in Chicken noodles. The beef noodles were something from a fast food court in a mall. The broth definitely needs improvements, doesn't taste like beef at all. Now for the Specialty Chicken Noodles. For those who are not familiar with it... it takes some skills and... More

I have been eating here for years. At least 10 years now. I make a point of regularly trying other pho joints but keep coming back here for the broth. It is hands down the best in the Lower Mainland. I realize that taste is a very personal matter but I flatter myself having a broad and experienced palate and... More

Pho Hong has good Pho and spring rolls. We have been there for many years. The restaurant is always busy during lunch and dinner time. The restaurant has not been upgraded as the other reviewers said. The place could be rated 'bare minimum' on cleanliness, and the staff is sometimes not very friendly. I still like to go there.

So this place has business but never upgrade nor clean up their interior. Disgusting. The service was really bad, it's a bit better now. Pho Hong, don't think you are giving us a free meal, don't give customers attitude. Clean up your place!

Thank jeff c
