We eat here every time we visit Hope. The chilli is my favourite. The two owners treat everyone like family. It is also the hang out for the stars of the TV show Highway Thru Hell. The interior is like a log home. Very woodsy and cozy. Food quality is high and portions are excellent. It is located just past... More

Food is good here, when seeing that it is homemade and organic I asked if they put butter on the toast, no they use margarine. That is not organic...it is unhealthy for you. But I figured one day would not kill me..lol. Really nice building, very interesting the wood structure and all. This restaurant is beside the Holiday RV Motel.... More

You have to go off the highway a little to get to this place but it has good food. Good salads and passable latte. The let down is the deserts.....nothing looks store made but rather purchased and wrapped in plastic, and also the service is problematic. There are two servers and one is great ( seemed quite new as she... More

Serves breakfast and lunch, opens at 08:30. Stopped in on our way to Calgary from Vancouver. Cute local wood construction including the unique tables. The interior true to its name has approximately 200 owls of all types on display, many gifted by customers - kitschy but cool. Ordered the two eggs, hash browns, bacon (3 meaty strips) and multi grain... More

We enjoyed a good breakfast adjacent to the Owl Cafe's very handy laundromat. Oatmeal with good fresh fruit was spot on as was bacon and eggs while our laundry washed.

I love the owl street cafe, not sure about these bad reviews but the folks who own this cafe have always been super welcoming. They have great food, they also have a catering business and do the kids hot lunch program for the school. Great people, great food.

Owners made us (my husband and I) feel as if we were intruding on their week-day breakfast. We were the only two customers in the place. Owner and his wife are your wait staff. Food was okay, but was simple, breakfast fare that is available elsewhere - nothing outstanding here. We traveled through in September. Will not return - would... More

The day we visited, we were the only clients in the restaurant. Owners made us feel as if they were doing us a huge favor by serving us a late breakfast. Food was not bad, but will not return - would like to be treated as an average person, not with disdain.
