We stopped by for a few drinks during the monthly night market. We had a seat on the patio and enjoyed some great live acoustic music. Very well-priced beer and service was good and friendly.

Busy historic place. I ordered a Greek style donair which was very tasty with a porter beer on tap. It was interesting to sit out at the sidewalk patio and people watch. Our server did a good job and was very friendly.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and a beer. Beer selection is small, however the food was great. Worth a stop, has good a/c which is a plus as well.

Visited recently with friends for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Though the outside doesn't look spectacular the inside was spacious and I would say the bar was remodeled. There was a band doing a sound check so it was a bit loud but that didn't stop the server from keeping our drinks full. I enjoyed the steak (or prime rib)... More

Cozy venue, very traditional in it's feel and the service is downright Canadian love. We had beers on tap and a burger.

We just came here for after-dinner drinks, tried to sit outside which was pleasant except that the stench of the people smoking near-by drove us into the inside, which was cavernous, fairly dark and had only two other tables occupied. The drinks were fine, the waitress efficient and friendly. Just as we were leaving, the music started playing up, but... More

Our works Xmas party was here in 2014 and we were all very impressed, so much so that we returned in the new year to eat there with friends. The service was very slow. Out of 4 meals only one was good. My food was cold. The first meal was brought out but then there was a good 15 minutes... More

Unbeleivably terrible service at this potentially great restaurant--the live music was amazing and the menu looked great but we waited for over 35 minutes for our order to be taken and it wasn't even remotely busy. Then, once the order (finally!) was taken, they came back with One of our orders and only then told us that they were out... More

The menu is original with local fresh food, some of the items like the French onion soup was very salty.
