We ate here last night and were very pleased with both the food and service. I had escargots and mentioned to the server that the first one had some grit in it but the rest were very good. Shortly after, the chef sent out a new order of escargots on the house. My son's steak was properly cooked, my daughter... More

Had our first visit there recently to celebrate my wife's birthday. Was easy to make reservations through their website, and communication was great. (I had to change my original booking). Service was great. Our server was a perfect blend of personable and professional. We were a group of 6, so we had a selection of entrees from the menu. All... More

My wife and I both really enjoy a special night out at Kalvas. My favorite is Friday night when they have a Prime Rib special. Other nights I will have the Panko Encrusted Halibut or the Red Snapper. My wife loves the Prawns. The waiters are friendly, knowledgeable and the service is very good. We both recommend this restaurant.

We stopped to have dinner here there it was recommended by the hotel next door where we were staying. We had no reservations but did not have to wait long for a table for two. The restaurant itself was quite nice and the service was good and friendly. The food delicious, and that is the main thing. I would recommend this... More

We went for dinner around 6 without reservations, and were immediately seated. At 7:30 when we left, there was a line of people waiting to go in, that went out the door. The people who served us were very knowledgable and made good suggestions. We had the seafood plate and the scallops and prawns. They were very good. We loved... More

We arrived and were seated by a very Rude host. She threw the menus down on our table and then turned around and proceeded to push past us, without even seating us. Like my wife and I were in her way and inconveniencing her. We then sat at our table for 15 minutes without a server or host even looking... More

Hello You did not have a reservation, despite it being summer, and busy. At least you did not have to wait in a lineup at the door. The hostess found you a table and placed the menus on it, then she walked away to help the servers and busboys who were whizzing by with drinks and platters of food for... More

Its a log house; very much island feel, yet high quality food. You can tell its done from scratch. All was delicious. Prices, well, living cost more all over so...Service was excellent. Attire of waiters were professional; not many "family"restaurants have staff in black/white where waiters are well groomed. They actually know how to prep your napkin and from which... More

The design of the building no doubt meant to lure you in with its rustic charm. Interior could use some attention. But the service and quality of food are what will pull me back to this place. Their seafood chowder think and rich and filled with an assortment of seafood. Worth every spoonful. The beet salad cannot be beat. Fish... More
