Dinner for 2 adults and four kids, seated right away. Kids teriyaki was great and we had great sashimi and rolls, gyoza, reasonably priced and great service, would go back again.

We sat at the sushi bar and the service and the food were both really good. Would recommend to friends coming to Revelstoke

Craving sushi after a long day at Revvie, we made a reso at Kawakubo after others recommended it. When we arrived, we thought it was really weird how dark it was... turns out, there was a pretty large power outage in the area. We were surprised they offered to seat us anyway, and the meal did not disappoint! The sushi... More

Our large group thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. Broad selection, very good Tempura and excellent fresh fish with rice. We had a great waitress who handled our large group with ease and efficiency. Would definitly recommend if you are into Sushi !

Awesome sushi, unique cozy environment, friendly fun staff - a must visit for sushi lovers. We did not have a reservation and they worked hard to carve out a spot at the sushi bar but would recommend calling ahead if you would like one of the unique booths or a favorite spot at the sushi bar, they will reserve a... It was suggested that we make a reservation and where hungry early so we went for 530. It was quiet when we went in but soon filled up. The service was exceptional the entire meal. She was knowledgeable friendly and acutely interested in our dinning experience. All of the menus items were exceptional. High quality ingredients artfully created into mouth... More

This is one of our favourite Revelstoke restaurants when dining with a group. Very good food and service at a reasonable price. It's a very casual restaurant, in an old building - can be cold in mid winter. There are 3 private dining rooms for groups upstairs. The chef was happy to cater for the various dietary requirements of our... More

I have eaten here a number of times and it's never disappointing. The servers are friendly and attentive and the food is fast and amazing. Whether you are getting sushi rolls, teriyaki or donburi, you can tell they take pride in what they do. I would recommend for anyone!

Very good sushi even compared to Suchi places in Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto. Good to see that if you have passionate owners you can offer great food in small towns.
