Visiting Brockville and decided to stop for lunch. It wasn't all that busy but we waited for over 40 minutes for our food. The food was subpar...especially the taco salad...it was almost inedible. Extremely salty, full of olives and jalapeños...ridiculously full of them...and it was a soggy mess. The rest of the food was passable, but barely. Never again. Sorry... More

My wife and I dine here frequently, usually for lunch. We think that one of the best meals is the fish and chips. Its presentation is very nice and is always done to perfection. The menu is quite varied and choosing might be the only problem you'll encounter. It is mostly traditional pub fare. The staff are busy but always... More

For a 'pub' this place had a menu to die for, the kind of place where you take so long to order because there are so many things you want to order, and have to make a choice. The food did not disappoint in the slightest, it was excellent, and the service could not have been more friendly. If in... More

We just had lunch here and although we received a huge portion everything was deep fried with no veggies, Guess we made a bad choice. The service was good but although we sat outside in a no smoking area people kept lighting up right near the patio so not pleasant. Somewhat overpriced for what we had.

I came here Saturday night June 18th/19th 2016 and got refused service even after I paid cover. A table full of mostly females and two males apparently told the waitress that I had hopped the fence...which would be pretty difficult with the ruptured disk in my back. I am a local and have been coming to the Keystorm for the... More

Stopped in for lunch at the Keystorm Pub and it was a really good decision. Enjoyed the Murphy's Stout - excellent and the Murphy's Beef Stew also very good. The waitress, Amanda, helped me decide between the chicken stew and the beef...very helpful and a good choice. A large portion of piping hot (I really don't like warm food when... More

Excellent staff, fast service (if you want it fast), lots of beers on tap, reasonable prices; some exotic dishes if you want to "put on the dog". By choice I dine there twice a week.

Had to wait, had a snooty waitress, found the menu limited when told sorry not available, not available, food was not served hot enough, I would prefer to wait for it to cool down rather than see non melted cheese sitting in my onion soup. Tables too close together. I don't want to hear the person beside me fighting with... More

How hard should it be to get a drink in a pub? Great live music but service leaves something to be desired. I could flag someone down but it has become an experiment to see how long it actually takes.
