Small space with a few tables serving coffees and interesting and well prepared prepared light food. Lots of spices, jams and other items for sale also. Lovely interior space. Recommended.

Discovering Ciboulette et Cie was a really nice surprise and an unexpected find while visiting cottage country this summer. Decor and local concept reminded me of the casual, almost hipster, atmosphere of Portland, Oregon. I visited for an early lunch, so I missed out on the wine and beer tasting. The scones are to die for! Definitely a must try.... More

This is a great find for Midland with healthy home cooked food and delicious baked goods. The chicken club was good, frittata was tasty and fresh but could have had more filling rather than just on top of the egg. The best part was the cherry pie, which was delicious and not too sweet and loaded with fresh cherries. The... More

Everything was excellent from the fresh salad to the smokey grilled cheese to the cold white wine and friendly staff. They also have foods to go.

Went for lunch had the quiche of the day. It really wasn't a quiche, no crust! It was supposed to be broccoli and cheese but I really couldn't see or taste either. I wasn't impressed with the price, I expected more from such a pretty shop.

Hello CatCZ, My name is André Sanche and I'm the owner at Ciboulette et Cie. I'm sorry to hear that your experience was not what you had hoped it would be. This is truly a nice spot to go for a light lunch or coffee. The atmosphere is very nice and there's a lot to see within the shop. My wife and I had a couple of sandwiches and they were excellent. The coffee and cappuccino were both very good as well. The staff were very nice and friendly. We highly... More

o is Ciboulette et Cie."

Remember the vibrant flavours and a home-cooked meal? Though Canadian families have grown increasingly busy, few of us have forgotten how delicious a home-cooked meal can be. But who has time anymore?

Ciboulette et Cie is here to help. We combine superb culinary skills with a passion for fresh, local, hand-picked ingredients to bring the home-cooked meal to your table. All you have to do is sit and enjoy with family and friends.

Our concept is simple: We find as many quality, locally sourced ingredients as possible then transform them into delicious, ready-to-eat take-home meals. Whether a family dinner on a Wednesday evening, a gathering at the family cottage, or a romantic dinner for two, we are there to contribute to the experience.

Our Commitment

Ciboulette et Cie (Chive and Company) is rooted in the community. We create partnerships between producers, farmers, and chefs so that you can enjoy the best our region has to offer. Just like the old General Store was at the heart of the neighbourhood, so too is Ciboulette et Cie.

We believe ‘Local’ is more than a trend. Like us, it is here to stay. We have deep roots in this community and we believe your food should too. Unlike a supermarket, or a single-aisle store, we can tell you where your food came from – and chances are it's just up the road. By shopping locally and preparing our ingredients and meals right here in our store, we are ensuring that that the environment and local economy will benefit just as much as you and your family.

So come in to our kitchen, and bring something home to yours.
