My daughter lives in Parry Sound and she had heard this was a good place to eat. WOW was she right. The food and the view were wonderful! Not what I was expecting but we loved it! We will be back!

We stayed at Glenn Burney for a couple of nights last summer 2015. Great stay in one of the cabins which survived the fire. Had lunch a diner at the dockside bar, alfresco dining area. The food was awesome. Would go back in a heartbeat!

I called this place late in the day during a round of golf at Seguin Valley in October. They had a small cabin available for $99. I had no idea what to expect. Found the place, although it wasn't easy because it was night and their sign is not lit so it's easy to miss. The owner met us in... More

Rented one of the sweet cozy cabins for two after camping for 3 days in Killarney provincial park. And the hot shower was just what we needed, great water pressure. Cabins are clean and comfy with a pretty view up in the trees overlooking the water with your own private outdoor deck. Everything you could need is provided. Only 4... More

Hadn't been there since the fire, was sad to see the main lodge gone but from what I was told by a family who had stayed several times this summer the remaining cabins still have all their cozy charm. Had lunch several times on the patio during our stay in the area, as the food is of a much better... More

Since the restaurant was burned down, they have been serving at patio. The facility is very primitive and serving is very slooooow. We waited 50 minutes for our food, which is BBQ smoked ribs and pulled pork sandwich. The place was not busy at all. It should not take that so long to serve. So if you are very hungry... More

After reading the other reviews on Trip Advisor, my husband and I went in search of this place while on vacation near Parry Sound. Just a fair warning: it is a little hard to find by land. We found the sign for the lodge but then didn't see a restaurant or patio signage so we turned around. We went to... More

Yes, it was burned down last year. However a new bar and patio restaurant are back in operation with a lovely view across Georgian Bay. The full kitchen has yet to be rebuilt however a temporary one is in full operation outside. Considering the situation, the chef and staff are doing a great job. Seven of us enjoyed lunch there... The patio provides a spectacular view of Georgian Bay! The food is excellent and the service is attentive. I can't wait for the summer of 2015 to visit again and again!
