This is a nice family restaurant that has a nice atmosphere and is very clean. The food is basic. The fresh baking looked good but I didn't try any. We just had breakfast and it was what you would expect but I would also expect the toast to be properly buttered. If you don't like dry toast it would be... More

A 'typical' breakfast/Greek-themed lunch place. Portions small, food very bland. Wait staff cordial, nothing amazing. Coffee tastes like dish water. Some odd offerings, breakfast sausage, my go-to, has garlic seasoning. Honestly, who wants garlic in their morning food? There are many better places to go

my friend and i were looking forward to a nice breakfast. we had not been to angie's in a very long time and i was looking forward to it. i will cut to the chase and get right to the food. my friend ordered the breakfast melt at the ludicrous price of 14.99. the sausage had an oddly sour taste... Went for breakfast this morning and had the Angie's Special. Eggs on hash browns with onion, bacon, ham and sausage. Awful! The sasuage, which was praised by our server tasted sour and seemed to be the only thing in the mix. No ham or onion to be seen. and only 1slice of bacon that was tasteless and hard. She brought... My daughter who attends University in Waterloo suggested we have lunch at this well known establishment. Once seated we were greeted by the server who happened to be the granddaughter of the woman who founded the restaurant. The cinnamon buns looked and smelled amazing. I ordered one of the popular sandwiches on gluten free bread. However, when the food arrived... More

Not an inexpensive breakfast but the servings are very generous and delicious. The solo server did a good job even though it was busy. Very friendly and welcoming.

This place used to be covered with sentimental articles from the past. It has had a major renovation, which is fine. However, you can now be prepared to hear up-selling at every opportunity: they will ask you if you want some drinks upon arrival, "fresh out of the oven" cinnamon buns, and "real maple syrup" (bottle syrup). The service is... More

Do not go here if you want good food. I had ordered one egg, hash browns toast and jam. My daughter had the same. The hash browns were luke warm and had that grey color that they get from sitting around. The eggs were rubbery and the toast was more like warm bread. They said they made there jam homemade... Angie's is a treat for breakfast. Quick service and great food. I only wish they had the jam in jars for purchase!
