My family and I love to go here. The main woman is very kind and caring towards my kids. The sushi is pretty good and several items are very good. Overall a good experience and reasonably priced. We will continue to go back to this place because everyone can find a few things on the menu that they really like.

The quality of the food for all you can eat is the best I've had, and the price is competitive. The trade-off is that the menu is more limited than many, and the rolls could be better put together at times, but I'll take the overall quality of the food any day.

I wrote positively about this place before. Things had changed since they consistently gave me poor sushi. The last nail on the head was when I saw his throwing my sushi into the take away box causing it to be a mess. I didn't say anything and walked away never to return again.

Positive: Good service; nice decor, very nice people running the place Negative: food is poorly presented, rolls fall apart, so much rice that you can barely taste anything else, tempura was too thick and oily. This was not good sushi, not professionaly prepared. I usually eat in Toronto and have eaten much much better!

First time trying sushi. Wish I could learn to use chopsticks! Food was good. Enjoyed much of the sushi, but some items not too sure of. The service was terrific. As it is all you can eat, you can order a wide assortment of food. When delivered, the server took time to explain what each dish was and answered any... More

Delicious sushi, made to order, all you can eat, large pieces, delicious tea and desserts make this a very special place. Along with great food add in very friendly, helpful staff and a non-rushed atmosphere. A few extra special touches used to make this place even more special - they would give you a fresh orange cut in a tulip... More

I have been to this restaurant twice solely for All-You-Can-Eat sushi dinners. What stood out for me negatively, was the quality of the food. ALL the rolls broke apart when being picked up with chopsticks, the avocado on the rolls were over ripe, miso soup was salty and the ice cream was like when the ice cream thawed and refroze... More

Recently went to Kyoyo House for lunch. Very reasonable, friendly service. Limited all-you-can-eat lunch items but for the price, you can't beat it. All the rolls were very good and fresh. Miso soup has a excellent base. Loved the California rolls. The decor is traditional, very clean restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly, you want to come back and support... More

This is the kind of Japanese restaurant all time because their food is excellent since I first visited in 2004. This is as good as it gets. I recommended this the best all time.

Great selection of Japanese cuisine. A lot of sashimi and sushi varieties. All you can eat is great value especially to try variety. It has liquor license and the warm suki is great. I have been here a number of times and always pleased. Very friendly once you get to know them.
