Crazy Weed was reviewed as one of the best restaurants in Banff/Canmore area. The food was really good and my daughter's chicken was by far the best entree. It was fabulous! Both the steak and lamb chops were over-done. The waitress agreed and the manager was very apologetic and re-cooked both. The lamb chops are so thin, I think they... More

Casual but classy atmosphere. Sit in or on the patio in the summer. No matter where, you feel special here. The menu changes but always has fabulous options created with care. This is a must in Canmore.

Our condo owner suggested Crazy Weed while vacationing in the Canadian Rockies. Quite surprised at how good it was. It was the best dinner we've had in months. If we lived here, we would frequent this place.

This is always my top suggestion for a fabulous food experience. Make a reservation! It's mostly filled up with locals who love it too😉

A group of four took a break from camping cuisine (we still cook gourmet when camping) to celebrate a family birthday at Crazyweeds. My daughter recommended it. The restaurant is easy to find and is easily identifiable by the plants growing on the roof! Everyone loved their appetizers which ranged from roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon jam to roasted garlic... More

Crazy Weed is slightly out of the centre of Canmore and is all the better for that since it's not overwhelmed by tourists. It's still busy though and that's not surprising given the interesting variety in the menu, the quality of the ingredients and the cooking, and the intriguing wine list. The staff are charming, if occasionally more enthusiastic than... More

This restaurant was my favourite. Emphasis on was. I would drive upwards of an hour just to eat here several times a year and was never let down by the quality of the food and service. However, upon my most recent trip, I was overwhelmed by how pretentious and overpriced they had become. While the food was outstanding, they refused... More

Went with a large group of kids and adults for a bit of a family reunion. Had a very hard time eliminating anything from the menu as everything looked delicious...and it was! Even the fussy eating kids found something they LOVED. Very attentive welcoming staff. Highly, highly recommended!

...fresh, delicious food, don't be disappointed, make a reservation. We ordered the buttermilk chicken as an appetizer, the lamb chops, the Mediterranean pizza and Thai chicken ending with the chocolate salted caramel pudding. All were delicious, but frankly you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Allow a couple of weeks for a reservation. Take it from a local,... More

The unique name drew us to this restaurant. Took a while to get a reservation but was absolutely worth the wait. Service was impeccable, customer focused and quite entertaining. Excellent suggestions on wine pairings and the food was awesome. Well presented, cooked perfectly and to specifications and extremely delicious. Worth a repeat visit.

Thank Bernd S
