My husband and I enjoyed a delightful evening here after spending the day hiking in Banff. It is a very casual and fun place. Anthony, the owner chef, makes you very welcome and the cost of the meal is very reasonable. We both had cassoulet with duck, chorizo, beans and vegetables. It came with a small salad. He has a nice... More

We stopped in to eat here after a long road trip from BC and it was fantastic. Our server was amazing, she brought a huge basket of toys over for our son to play with to calm him down and she was so nice to us. I had the prosciutto and pear pizza and my wife has the onion soup,... More

Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was lovely and nice outdoor seating in the mountains. A little bit out the way from Canmore town centre but worth a trip down.

We dined at The Market Bistro because it was recommended to us as good food away from the crowds. This was one of the best meals of our week in Canmore! Excellent food, reasonably priced, and worth the drive!

This establishment is highly overpriced for what it is. Found a huge glob of something on my coffee cup, took 20 mins for food to arrive and we were the only 2 people in the restaurant. We are locals and have been for 20 years,we support many coffee shops and restaurants in the valley...never again with this one. I felt... More

The bistro is located in the Three Sisters area near Canmore. It is quaint and well hidden so unless you know of it you are unlikely to stumble upon it. We sat out on the patio - It was a perfect lunch stop as we made our way back to Calgary. Well worth the effort to find.

We have lived nearby for years and hear nothing but great things about The Market Bistro. The food is really good however the service is terrible. We have given it three visits and each time leave disappointed.

Lunchtime was quiet, maybe due to the recent rain, for certain it wasn’t quiet due to any lack of quality with the food and service. Well worth ordering the Market Wrap
