The food options and beer selection are always interesting. Portion sizes, particularly for some of the starters, like ceviche, tiny. Soups are usually hearty and nice. My kids love the mac n cheese while I'm partial to the Beef Bourguignon, Jambalaya and Ratatouille.

One of the best place I had dinner in Vancouver. Yummy food, especially the Gooey Grilled Cheese. It's a fantastic little restaurant with a great staff that helped me get immediately comfortable. Think the name doesn't give enough justice!

What first drew me into Burgoo was a fabulous musician named Sandra-Mae. I was actually eating next door and hearing this wonderful rock/blues sax and song. That music Sandra-Mae's, and it was coming from Burgoo. So I moved over to Burgoo where I was welcomed by a very warm and friendly staff. I was so taken by the music, I'm... More

Delicious. I will definitely be back for more. I was in town for a week and went three times. Enough said. Drinks are unique and clever, while dishes never fail to impress.

Check it out! Interesting menu, cozy location, friendly & knowledgeable staff. We tried the guacamole, nacho pollo, and blackberry salmon salad. All was delicious and we watched our neighbours order a second fondue, looked tasty.

Someone called Burgoo a neighbourhood soup and stewhouse but that doesn't give it credit for the spead of dishes available. Many include cheese and my personal favourite is Gooey Cheese Grillers, which involves grilled French style baguette slices with melted Mozzarella, Gruyere, Emmenthal and white Cheddar. If wasn't so good, I'd have more experience with other menu selections. There are... More

Great place for food rigt outside Lonsdale Quay. Good prices. Good environment. This short strip of restaurants is one great place after another.

I had their mac& cheese. Decent portion for the price. It was pretty good, but nothing really memorable. The staff was friendly.

Burgos is to die for! No meal I have had there has ever disappointed me. The Mac and more remains my favourite, but soup (the tomato is amazing, but always love trying the feature soup as well!) and biscuits is great on a rainy day. Will always remain my favourite restaurant in north Vancouver!
