Went there with high hopes of Parisian quality croissants. Nope. It has a variety of deserts but doesn't match up to the best.

There is no doubt that everything from their savory to sweet offerings are one of the best in the lower mainland. However, if they need to win more loyal or repeat customers the staff from Kirsten to the regular front line staff need to be more courteous and have some warmth in the delivery of their service.

Treat yourself to delectable, exquisite pastries. Each dessert has its own taste and everything is high quality. Cookies are good. Go early, sells out quickly.

the miniature lemon meringues and fruit flans were delicious and well priced. The service was cold and the place smelled of burnt crust. Not a great first impression.

I've eaten my way through Sweet Spot's cookies, pastries, and croissants... each one small, with *just* enough sugar to enhance the taste of almonds, or coconuts, or cream cheese, or oranges... my mouth is watering just from writing this. Their sandwiches come on my date-picnics. I grew up with home-made German pastries and baking - this is better (because it's... More

Sweet Spot has the best dessert in Steveston, and maybe in Richmond. My family only tried half of their desserts so far, and every single one is good! Although it is a bit pricey, you won't be disappointed.

This little pastry shop is filled with goodies to fulfill and satisfy your cravings for a sweet and/or savory. First time I saw this shop was just by accident. At that time, I only bought some brioche to take home. Once I tasted the brioche with my coffee, I regretted that I only bought 2 cause they were so good.... More

This little shop is within walking distance of my house. It is the best patisserie by far in our area. The selection is not huge, but the quality is first class. Home made soups, ice creams are available to take home and there is a small seating area for grabbing a quick cuppa. It truly adds to the unique quality... More

always a high quality product--and so much more than just gorgeous delicious desserts. They make their own soups, ice-cream , sandwiches and salad plates. First rate!

I've bought desserts from Sweet Spot for several dinners and each time I've gotten the same response. OMG this is absolutely to die for and have become Sweet Spot customers too. You won't regret stopping here for a little something sweet or savoury.
