Always heard it was a popular place to go to. Went with my mom during a windy day. I guess it's always windy at Garry point park. Walk up to the stand, order, and they give you this neat tray with holes where they stick the fish and chips in cones for you to take to the picnic tables nearby.... More

I'd been told the fish and chips here were very good. Having been brought up on the east coast of northern England fish and chips was one of the staple foods. A treat was to go to the WORLD RENOUNED Harry Ramsdens. At Pajo's I chose the two-piece halibut and chips, paying in advance the price including tax was around... More

Price is average for the area. Pat and Joan created a great place for an authentic experience. Fries in newspaper cones. Several kinds of vinegar. The best place to eat outdoors on the docks. Views of the working ships. Expect to spend $10-$15.

Stopped here for dinner for it was outside on a beautiful evening on the wharf, plus received good reviews and was busy. My husband and I both ordered the Halibut fish and chips. I ordered child size. The fish was very small portions which was upsetting because it was tasty but expensive. You get unlimited drinks and chips with price.... More

It was our first time in Steveston and I read about this restaurant in the CAA book, while we were driving. We shared an order of salmon and chips, and it was the first time we have ever had salmon this way. We found it very delicious, served in a paper cone. Happy to find a seat at a picnic... More

Best fish I have had in a while. The halibut was exceptional. Tender, delicious, with NO strong fishy taste. Fries were just so-so. Staff was great. The family next to us accidently spilled their large order before they could even take a bite. The staff insisted on helping with the clean-up and replaced the lost food for free! A bit... More

Pajo's is at the end of the wharf near the Gulf of Georgia cannery. We visited on a lovely summer's day and had to wait a little while to get a table. We ordered three pieces of cod and chips for $16 and coleslaw which was more than enough for my parents and I. The cod was tasty and coleslaw... More
