Been here a couple of times with large groups from work - this time was a work-related celebration and the company had put on drinks and food. Food menu consisted of pizza, chip, fried fish and chips......in fact anything fried. Asked for a salad which they didn't have, except as a side. In the end reverted the the vegan menu... More

Have been here a couple of times now for pre dinner drinks. Friendly staff and good range of beverages...location is spot on. Seating is great and ambience also spot on.

I have eaten at Tyler Street garage many times. The upstairs eating area is a good compromise between indoor and outdoor. The menu is a little limited with gourmet pizzas and salads and A few are the basic things but the food is well prepared and tasty

I had a really good night there. Menu was a bit limited, but they do a descent job making their pizza. What I enjoyed the most was the vibe at night. They have a DJ who puts great music (R&B, hip hop, top 40.) Crowd is chill. There's a second level outdoor for a bit more relaxed environment. Great place... More

I was pretty disappointed to have continuously waited for service, particularly given the bar was not busy. I ordered a salad, which if you're charging $20 or so for, should be of decent portions - this wasn't the case. I left hungry and still thirsty from not being asked if I'd like another drink after waiting 15-20 mins. Wouldn't go... More

Fantastic deal on Tuesday nights, choice of about 8 different pizzas for $10 each. One should be enough for most people , drinks are a reasonable price, although the waiter does try to up sell the number of drinks you have, otherwise a great place to eat out.

TSG makes good pizza. The addition of basil leaves to the cheese pizza adds to the taste. The fried squid is a bit spicy. Takeout is available which is nice when one wants to eat outside in the Brittomart area. The fish and chips was surprisingly good and conveniently shaped to fit in the hand as finger food.

Booked as required on our voucher, yes we used a voucher and I am very careful not to complain when using vouchers as I know the pressure it brings for the restaurant, but then got a call a day later saying our booking shouldn't have been taken and we had to just come in and wait. We did this last... More

We went for a late dinner - the roof top is rather unique along the Auckland waterfront as its up the equivalent of two floors and is an open air restaurant and bar with a sliding roof when its too hot or raining. Very relaxed surroundings with a mix of comfortable sofas for more casual shared plates and snacks and... More
