My husband and I were married here in October 2015. From the second I walked in I knew it was the venue for me, beautifully decorated with flexibility to allow you to create the look you want for your big day. The staff were friendly, professional and enthusiastic without being patronising or overbearing. Once we had paid our deposit we... More

Hubby ordered chefs curry and I went for sausage, mash and onion gravy. Service was very very slow. The curry was ok - just ok - but... More

The events team were in contact with me from the minute I booked, making sure everything was in place which was really reassuring. The night went amazingly and all of my guests commented on what a lovely... More

We were a party of 7 adults and 2 children at the gastro pub on 24th July. I had the roast lamb which is usually served with mint sauce. (Bot not this time) My meal was spoiled when I tried the roast potatoes. They bore the distinctive taste of warmed up roast potatoes.Sorry but this should not be done....

My husband and I got married 23/07/16 and could not have asked for a better venue. Right from the beginning when we booked it we had so much help. Paula and Skye could not have done anymore to make our day run smoothly. As well as all the staff on the day, a massive thank you. The food was exceptional... More

“Very Disappointed” My Niece got married on 30th July 2015 guests sent round to pub garden should of been told by staff go though pool area and sit down as many had walking sticks wheelchair medical problems strokes Ms cancer etc not left on pub bench then not brought back though front and up steps not disabled friendly at all though venue some trying to sit at dinner tables but no chairs seeing red carpet table layouts etc Bride had to get back in car and be driven round block while this happened rather than guests taken in back way in first place madness. Then when meals came some people who went to the toilet had there unfinished dinner taken cleared away by staff some wanted to keep name tags also taken etc. Then later a lot of people did not see one piece of buffet food including me and did not here any staff announce it and saw only some empty trays on table some one said the next day there was some on marquee table and a lot of people did not think we were even allowed out that way by pool side and bride wanted pool side family pics and by photographer but never happened as told to go out the front very upsetting with restaurant coming out your head in pics her father paid 1.000 bar bill but must of dropped £250.00.. no one handed it in ??
