We have use this restaurant for a number of years and on Friday visited there with our son and his fiancée. Usually the restaurant is full and we had pre booked but being the first day of the school holidays it was very quiet The service here is excellent and although we know the staff well everyone gets treated with... Impromptu visit on Saturday night turned out to be very enjoyable. We both ordered dishes we don't usually have and they were very nice. Friendly and quick service.

We had been here before but it just seems to get better. As a party of five, the staff helped us choose, advising what was in dishes and on quantities. The food was excellent and throughout we were served informally and well. Certainly an experience to be repeated soon.

Visiting friends, we decided to go to this restaurant. Fairly early evening visit and we were surprised to see a fair few people already eating there. We were shown to our seats via a long hallway, to a room with no windows. Our orders were taken in good time and our meals came. One of our party had a dish... More

This is still the best Indian restaurant by far in the area. We decided to visit this evening as our 8 year old son loves a curry! Once again Bengal Spice did not let us down. The Bindi Bhaji (Okra) was perfect, my dish Lamb Methi (fenugreek) was perfect, in fact every dish was made with such love and attention... More

We have been ordering takeaways and eating in this restaurant for about 20 years. I have never had a bad meal. The food is good quality and delicious. Generous portion sizes. The Sunday Lunch Buffet is excellent value for money.

This is a good quality Bangladeshi restaurant. There is nothing exceptional about it but if you are local it is good food. In my opinion it would not be worth travelling just to come to this restaurant. The main meals are tasty. The naans are a little average. Service is okay - not rude but not always friendly.

After always having takeaway from here we decided to visit for the Sunday buffet and were not left disappointed. Nice selection of curries, sides and nan. The food was very tasty and although it is a buffet it tasted very fresh. Service very good and cheap at only £8 per person.
