Huge burritos! They specialize in Mexican food. We had the chicken burrito and found it to be big enough to share. Just beans, rice and cheese. It could use something else like lettuce, corn, more sauce, etc. The vegan chili was good as we shared...the burrito. Our waitress was very good as well. I’d go back one order the quesadillas next time.More

This place was recommended as lively and with great food. While it was very busy (we waited for forty minutes for their first available table either inside or outside), the food was severely lacking. The guacamole and ships to start were good, however the rest...of our meal was disappointing. My spouse ordered the beef and carnitas tacos, which came swimming in a pool of grease and due to this, they fell apart easily. Another family member ordered this fish taco and they brought her a taco with a frozen fish stick in it (see picture). Someone did mention that the cabbage and pickled red onions in the tacos were a weird addition, but being from the SW, I guess we don’t necessarily do “fancy” tacos. As for me, I ordered a steak quesadilla, and they delivered a chicken quesadilla. It took a bit to get the staff’s attention, but they did take it away and deliver another. However, the others were nearly done with their meal. I shared the quesadilla with them and we all agreed it was the better of the three dishes we ordered that day. The manager did stop by to check on us and did offer to refund the cost of the quesadilla for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. We won’t return as we didn’t feel the value was there for the cost of the food.More

We went to Azul for dinner. We didn't mind waiting for a table, as everywhere was busy. However, the food was just okay. The flavor was not really there. It wasn't bad by any means, but I wouldn't wait for it again.

We stopped here for a late afternoon appetizer after a full day of hiking. The shrimp ceviche was WONDERFUL and the drinks were great!

Menu varied but food portions were small, over priced and average tasting. Very long wait for a less than enthusiastic staff (in all fairness, they were probably overworked as staffing issues are a HUGE problem right now!). Great location and lively outside dining but unfortunately,...I was so underwhelmed overall that this was a one and done visit for me.More

Menu varied, drinks are pricey and a little unique. Personally drink ingredients did not excite me. My other half had the Cadillac Margerita which was good. Nice outside dining, it was crowded with a 20 minute wait for outside seating. There is a request on...the menu to try and limit all meal consumption to an hour and a quarter. We had the guacamole and chips which was decent and we ordered the 3 soft tacos (with veggie chili-spicy, fish and one other) and the 2 soft tacos (with chicken) with a side (of black beans). Tacos were good and filling. There are vegetarian options, uncertain about gluten free. If you like spicy and zip, you might enjoy this place. Service was good but overall for me it’s a one and done. My other half would go back.More

This restaurant was convenient, the food was incredible, and the prices were the best we’ve encountered this far. I had the Azul bowl and it was amazing… So different. Our daughter got an enchilada and I was surprised when it arrived. It’s not your typical...one doused in red sauce. Hers looked and tasted absolutely amazing. She had the winner meal! The bartenders inside are super helpful. If you want to try unique variations of tequila… This is your place. Kudos to this place.More

Ended up here because we were struggling to make a group decision. Glad it worked out because we were all pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Our group had fish tacos, fajitas, and chicken tacos. Everyone left happy and satisfied.

Azul has consistently great food, and this trip was no different. The downside is the food prices in the Heavenly Village area are quite high, which reduces the value. However, it's all the restaurants in the village area, and not just Azul. If you're looking...for Latin food in the village, Azul is a solid choice with lots of outdoor seating and drinks. My one gripe is the bands that play there are not the best, and can be a bit loud.More

I was there with others for lunch. The weather was nice, so we sat outside. The waiter spilled one of our baskets of chips and said he'd get us more, but he never did. I had the ceviche, which was tremendous. Simply superb. The pineapple...was a nice touch and it really worked. The tacos, however, were subpar. I had three different ones, and I can get better at any hole-in-the-wall in the country. The tres leches was OK, but nothing to crow about. Even with the negatives, I will return. The ceviche was that good.More
