Amazing seasonal menu. Always has something amazing! Is a must visit spot when you're in the area. The patio is wonderful in the evening!

This was an extremely pleasant dinner. The building has ancient cave/cellars providing cool air, supposedly Galileo stayed here, old mural style painted ceiling in an adjacent room, copper pots hanging from the ancient beams in the main room, and, oh by the way, the food was excellent (I had salad, fagottini, and an excellent glass of house Cabernet). Across the... More

We had lunch at this small ristorante after a hike in the local mountains. The service was outstanding and the food was very good. We were able to speak in both French and English with the server who did an excellent job of communicating to us the menu. I had the gnocchi with mushrooms and the to die for caramelized... More

The food is typical of this area and it is really well cooked. The style of the restaurant reminds of a time when life was not as busy as it is today. The have also a good selection of wines. The staff is welcoming, smiling and polite. Price is fair. If you go there do not miss to visit the... More

The Tiramisu and wine were delicious, but our pastas were still cold in the middle so not made "fresh".

A wonderful off the beaten path restaurant. Went for lunch with my son and two of his Army buddies following a great wine tasting up the road. Had the three course lunch which started with prosciutto, tomatoes and mozzarella with pesto. The main course was the pear stuffed Fagottini with a prosciutto cream sauce...fantastic. Make sure you take a peak... More

Loved the ambiance. The old house with copper pots and ceramics gives one plenty to see. The grounds are nice. We had two young children, and they were able to run around outside while they awaited their food. I liked my pasta but wished I would have ordered the pear pasta. It was the best!!! It is so different, but... More

The dark haired middle-aged Italian woman was bad from the beginning but got ridiculous when I order one half liter of wine, she brought me 1/4 and after we complained, she insisted it was 1/2. The food was good, but not worth tolerating this woman's clear hostility. Six years in Italy and this is amount the worst server I have... More

Aeolias is a very nice restaurant. You can have a nice family dinner or a romantic outing. The food is excellent, especially the pear pasta. Their house wine is excellent. They also have a very good lunch menu.

Some of the best homemade pasta you will taste. Fagottini is the popular favorite and the atmosphere has a great old world feel. Been here a few times and I find the servers to be a bit on the slow side, even for Italy. Plan an extra 45-60 minutes to dine. Staff is also a bit indifferent and not very... More
