A wonderful restaurant with a really nice terrace! The staff is really professional, friendly and they are happy to give recommendations about dishes when asked! The food is really, really good! I highly recommend this place!
Service was excellent, friendly and funny staff.Although we didn’t book in advance on a Busy Saturday evening, the staff were flexible and cooperative. Really delicious food, great salads, and prices were same as others in Lozenets with not so good food.
Awful service, all the reviews above are probably written from the staff or their friends. The menu is basic and quite expensive for the food, the staff attitude is awfull, not friendly or helpful at all. We chose it based on good reviews but once...inside we realized the reviews are far from true, and left it. Avoid. There are plenty other places with better service.More
Amazing seafood, fresh salads, meat, desserts.. nice staff, cosy place. Highly recommended. The restaurant is about 30 years old, it is some kind of family place and people care about the costumers and details.
We have rounded just about 3 different restaurants daily in the past. Nothing, i mean Nothing beats the Palamud (Chamois, a fish from the family of Macarel) in this restaurant. We had the pastet of Palamud, the Grilled Palamud and the Kinda Smoked Palamud with...Grilled baby marrows and a mixed salad. Petty no pictures were taken...
Everything was delicious! So delicious that we decided to make a booking for next evening on the veranda.
Service is superb too. Something you seldom get in Bulgaria, not to mention Lozenetz. All staff is super attentive, friendly, table is cleaned from empties all the way (hands in hands out - they actually help one another), no waiting for reminders etc. no rudeness, eye to details, clean and neat, reasonable waiting period. Restaurant was fully booked upstairs every time we passed previously, people eating inside were all seemingly enjoying and now I know they really were. Our server on both occasions was Vitia, an Ukrainian boy who was super friendly and sugestive. His recommendations were great!
The Second night the restaurant was packed, there was no seating available, and everyone seemed happy with the service.
We had the Baby marrows again, in two different ways, one with the regulat Bulgarian yoghurt & garlic dressing and one just plain Grilled. Superb! Especially with the Arabic bread. I had the Snejanka/Tzatziki salad as well, along with a Fish Soup, while my husband had the Eggs Panagiurski Style. I must say - I regretted I didn't order the same. It was delicious.
I strongly recommend this place. It is my favorite so far in Lozenets!More
