Really good lunch in a great location. Food was excellent - stonebass for me, enormous fish and chips for others. Slightly chaotic - although very friendly - service but we managed to find it amusing. Definitely worth a visit.

The atmosphere was really nice and the staff also very accommodating. Although it's a carvery we had the vegetarian option (mushroom tagliatelle) which was excellent. We will definitely return when in the area next.

Traditional British pub, set in a picturesque North Yorkshire village, open all day and serving freshly cooked food all day every day, with a superb carvery available on Sunday's. The pub caters to groups, families and couples.
