The place is really nice, fantastic room in a beautiful and well maintained castle. Really friendly staff but .... The last evening (Friday and therefore the most expensive night) there was a wedding with loud music until midnight. I understand the place is great for weddings but other guests should be informed that there is a wedding with music so... More

We were trilled with castle and with the room but dinner was disappontment. We expected much more innovative food, the main corse (meat) was reheated - not fresh prepared, dessert was like from cheap confectionary (made from cheap ingredients).

We went there for my birthday dinner. We had reservations for 730pm and were the only people eating in the restaurant. Despite there being two weddings we had great service and enjoyed all four courses. The wine lust is extensive but a little pricy. Would go back for a special occasion.

It was a recommendation of the waiter that we order a T-Bone steak that was not on the menu. It was a kilo of beef (2.2 pounds) that was served on a piping hot block of Sardinian salt. Being from Texas this was the best T-Bone steak we have ever eaten. Needless to say it was for two. It was... More

You have to experience the lamb, as this is probably the best lamb I've ever tasted! The service from the staff is outstanding and the price is cheap compared to the quality of food and wine served. Highly recommended!

the food was good, and at times a bit extravagant; the lady serving us an excellent actress, maybe overdoing it a bit; altogether, a bit too expensive for what it is; but what makes this place difficult to beat, is the Ambiente, the medieval rooms with vaults, the furniture, the setting; and one forgives all the lesser sides;
