Used Uber Eats but irrelevant. Ordered brisket sandwich. Sides were good but the brisket definitely was not tender. Felt like I got the crusty scraps at the end of the day. Super chewy which is not what good brisket should be. Overall disappointing and probably won’t order again.

It''s good enough for Spokane because there''s really not enough people here who would know or appreciate exceptional Texas Style barbecue. Of all Texas barbecue there''s a lot more "bad" barbecue than there is good, probably half to two thirds (that is directly sourced from Texans). Longhorn would rate in the good category and that is not a bad thing. The dining experience is very casual and friendly. A lot of diners opt for the buffet to get a broad sampling of entrée's and sides. A good idea to determine a favorite for a return visit. The buffet line is always well stocked. There are several places to get better steak so it's typically ribs and/or chicken when we go. They are close, convenient, and reasonable so there''s no reason not to go. Oh, their cater menu and options are quite excellent and they are the "go to" provider for us.

This is where my husband picks when he is doing the cooking. We usually get the rib special, beans, coleslaw, and corn bread for around $25.00. Enough for us to eat several meals each. Over all I would give them a average rating. Our car club has a party here every year. They have a room off to the side where we can make all the noise we want. Food is served buffet style which works great for a group. Service has always been great.

Was excited for BBQ!

I was so excited to go here with my husband. He said he would take me and we had a lunch date! We ordered the Salad Bar so we could taste the various meats. How disappointing. The food was barely warm. Meat, mashed potatoes and the corn muffins were very cold and no butter! The salad bar/ meat bar was a mess! So dirty. What a disappointment. The flavor was ok on the tips but it didn't meet expectations at all. Being barely warm and really no flavor our 40. lunch date was a waste of money. It was nice to be with my husband but next lunch date our 40. will go somewhere else. The wait staff didn't really seem to care about serving peoples needs either. Our waiter never asked us if we needed butter or a knife. But our check was there in record time. Just really sad.

Catering experience - Great!

This is the first time ordering food catered for an event of 200 people. Meghan Ingraham was so helpful in giving suggestions and helping us to place the order to have enough for everyone. She was amazing and so friendly. The day of our event it went so smoothly. The two that showed up set up their tables, plates, napkins, silverware, wet napkins and salt and pepper. They also sliced the meat once we arrived. It was presented nicely, but nothing too fancy. The two quickly cleaned up, tore down, packed up and left when their 2 hours was up. They even packaged all our leftovers for us. We were very impressed.

I’ve eaten here for years, some days are better than others, but it’s always better than I could do at home! The staff is always friendly and the food is always fast. It can’t be easy to pre-cook meats and keep them moist without drying out. I’m headed over there this afternoon to get sandwiches for the Super Bowl!

It Ain’t Here!!

Do you love great Texas brisket. Meaty beef or pork ribs with the meat falling off the bone. North Carolina pulled pork, Memphis BBQ or even your favorite Kansas City BBQ joint. The tastes, the textures and the sauce! Well you are not going to find it here. Had BBQ beef, potato salad, cold slaw and beans. Lack of taste or poor taste across the board. Overpriced even if it was good, which it was not. I can’t really describe the BBQ beef as BBQ. Or at least anything I have had in the past that deserves to be called BBQ. And the BBQ sauce is a dark tasteless blah! Give me a County Line BBQ in Texas, State Line in El Paso, a Rudy’s in Norman, OK; Hard Eight in Coppell, TX; Spring Creek in Grapevine, TX, Genuine Texas BBQ in Durango, CO; Iron Works in Austin, or about any pulled pork off of I-40 in NC. Spokane Longhorn BBQ may seem good to these Pacific Northwesterners in January, but if they come down south their eyes will be opened and their tastebuds will be enlightened.

Was really looking forward to eating here and had high expectations Sadly, we were very disappointed I tried the 3 meat dinner, paying a premium for the beef brisket, the brisket was tough and very dry, the ham was good but the turkey looked like something that you would get at a supermarket The nachos and queso was very good Service was slow and fair Overall we left quite disappointed (will never come back)

My husband and I have always stopped in to Longhorn and get their ribs to go. Today we stopped in to get 2 lbs of ribs with the sides. The ribs were tough and dry. The macaroni salad tasted like the bulk salad you buy in a grocery store. Ribs used to be smokey and tender. Side dishes used to taste homemade. We will NOT patronize Longhorn Barbecue again. Too bad 👎

My last visit!!!

My wife and I went in expecting a real tasty lunch. As seniors on a fixed income, we were stunned by their prices. We chose to each have their lunch buffet. The meat offered on the buffet was terrible. It was so tough that my jaw ached. I will NEVER darken their doorway. You are warned!!!

A great place to get some well priced good quality barbecue in the valley We always get some of their turkey breast to go, which is great when it is thin cut. Their sauce is nice a sweet, but not too sweet, and is good for coating the food, but it's not super thick Always good service, in and out for to-go orders is always quick and easy. a go to place every time we are in the valley.

This Longhorn barbecue has dine in and a to go section that’s a go section is cheaper than the dining section and they built this nice bar just feet away from the takeout section that is virtually empty every time I’ve been in there so I asked if I could sit in the bar and still get takeout prices and that was a hard no so here I am sitting in my truck, eating Longhorn, looking in the window had an empty bar. In my opinion, the bar during lunch hours should be takeout prices and a dinner hour should be restaurant prices and you would think after questioning this they would give you to go prices at the bar just to be customer friendly, but that was far from the case.

A group of 10 decided to have dinner here one evening. Most of us choose the buffet (about $23/person). Initially service was quick and friendly…but it went downhill. Restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived. Ordered drinks….but most were served after we were almost with dinner. I ordered the better chardonnay on the menu - I took one sip and said, oh no. Disappointed. The salad portion of the buffet was good, with plenty of options. All the meat selections were slathered in super sugary bbq sauce. A few diabetics in our group had zero meat options to choose from. Just 1 dessert option. If the buffet had been been $10 or $12, it would have been OK.

Not Texas BBQ

We stopped here for lunch - our first visit - chose the buffet - salad was okay but I did not like any of the food - ribs were dried out, pork bbq was really spicy, the cheesy potatoes were okay, roll wasn’t even very good - won’t be back. It is possible that we might have had a better experience if we had ordered from the menu.
