Boyfriend and I went for dinner, and I am surprised by all the excellent reviews. The food was good, but not great, and very overpriced. The atmosphere and service were both good, but not exceptional in any way. This is the second time we've been there, and our experience was the same both times, so we won't be back. There... More

We shared a Prosciutto Flatbread appetizer with a glass of Tamarack Cellars Firehouse Red, which is a nice blend with a lot of flavor. The 1/2 Beet Salad is plenty with maybe a chicken breast on the side. I had the Blackened a Chicken Alfredo which was very tasty. The decor is nice. If you head north at the Argonne... More

Had the prawns and purses pasta. Mouthwatering and absolutely delicious. Had a great Pinot Noir also. The price was very reasonable for the portion and quality. Will definitely be back. Love this place.

Went here with some friends before we got our nails done since it's so close you can walk there. The food menu was surprisingly diverse for a wine bar! I have food allergies and usually end up getting the olive bowl or some cucumber and celery slices with my wine but this place was great. We also ended up coming... More

Visited with a couple of friends from work on lunch hour. Meals are a bit higher priced, so not a budget friendly kind of eatery. However the choices arent ordinary and very delicious. I had the Salmon BLT, which was just the right size and well seasoned with some awesome fries. Was able to sit and visit and made it... More

Love this spot! Met a friend for happy hour last week. Service was efficient and friendly. A varied wine selection. Happy hour offers $3 off the appetizers. We shared apple and cheese flatbread, chicken tacos and sweet potato fries. All were tasty! Next trip a full meal is in order!

From the moment I walked in the door, I really liked this restaurant. It is decorated beautifully, it smelled like fresh baked bread, and we were greeted very politely. The food was really really good and their champagne cocktails are delicious. The service we received was awesome, we will be back for sure!

Great food, service and atmosphere. Started with a great, ice-cold Hendricks Martini and enjoyed a well suggested wine from our server, Wayne...to go along with our meals. The short rib was great as was my wife's chicken dish. This was not our first trip to Ambrosia and definitely will not be our last.
