I've met a number of friends at Ambrosia due to the delicious food, warm atmosphere, good location and easy parking. My retired librarians group of 12 was as easily hosted as me and 2 other friends. The staff can handle anything, keep on top of changes and make you feel that you are one of their most important guests. The... More

Just took out-of-town guests to Ambrosia. It's a very upscale restaurant with bare concrete floors and no pretension. Yes, it's spendy but the value is in the quality of the food. They say you get what you pay for and we did.

A fantastic restaurant with diverse menu options, nice selection of wine and unique cocktails. Deliciously fresh food and friendly staff, make for a perfect dining experience. A romantic atmosphere which is perfect for date night, or evening out with friends. Been enjoying this restaurant for many, many years and would recommend - French Onion soup, prawns and purses, Cajun pasta,... More

Boyfriend and I went for dinner, and I am surprised by all the excellent reviews. The food was good, but not great, and very overpriced. The atmosphere and service were both good, but not exceptional in any way. This is the second time we've been there, and our experience was the same both times, so we won't be back. There... More

We shared a Prosciutto Flatbread appetizer with a glass of Tamarack Cellars Firehouse Red, which is a nice blend with a lot of flavor. The 1/2 Beet Salad is plenty with maybe a chicken breast on the side. I had the Blackened a Chicken Alfredo which was very tasty. The decor is nice. If you head north at the Argonne... More

Had the prawns and purses pasta. Mouthwatering and absolutely delicious. Had a great Pinot Noir also. The price was very reasonable for the portion and quality. Will definitely be back. Love this place.

Went here with some friends before we got our nails done since it's so close you can walk there. The food menu was surprisingly diverse for a wine bar! I have food allergies and usually end up getting the olive bowl or some cucumber and celery slices with my wine but this place was great. We also ended up coming... More

Visited with a couple of friends from work on lunch hour. Meals are a bit higher priced, so not a budget friendly kind of eatery. However the choices arent ordinary and very delicious. I had the Salmon BLT, which was just the right size and well seasoned with some awesome fries. Was able to sit and visit and made it... More
