Ate here with a group on a recent trip to Cuba. Outside of Havana, but worth the drive for an excellent meal in a quaint town. Dacquaris and Mojitos are great, and the food was universally excellent. I had the fish platter with grilled lobster,...fresh fish and octopus. Way more than I could eat. Appetizers also delicious, especially the stuffed tostones. Atmosphere is casual but elegant. High recommend this spot.More

The grill scene in Havana is unexistent, but in Cojimar is very common, even though, this was the best meal we had in our stay at Cojimar. We tried the lobster and the ribs, i would say was one of those meals that bring happyness...to your life, i'm very proud as a Cuban to find this kind of places where the food makes your day better. The English speaking waiters is a very nice "plus" too.More

This was our second time to Casa Grande in Cojimar. We loooooove the new location. The service as always was outstanding. We really enjoyed the fresh juices, and of course the ribs, canciller, and bistec uruguayo.

Very simply a basic unassuming first floor restaurant with a handful of tables in the barrio of Cojimar. Despite the only air flow being from the through breeze that unfortunately at certain times of the year brings a certain number of flies, this unassuming paladar...is worth the journey from La Habana. A daily menu of a selection of dishes lovingly created from the local fish catch and meat from local market. Always wonderful food prepared with pride and skill. The main reason I come here is the lobster tail grilled on the plancha then covered in butter. At 6 CUC one can only belly laugh at all the tourist suckers paying 20 cuc plus in La Habana Vieja for tiny imported frozen offerings. If you can’t get the lobster, which has to be ordered in advance so most readers will fall into this category, the other food on offer is wonderful; fresh and artfully prepared. Service is efficient and unfussy. Great food at proper prices.More

While staying in Cojimar my family and I came to eat here twice for dinner. The food is fantastic one of the best meals I ate in Cuba! We ordered ribs, fish, pork chops, black beans, white rice, congri, and a number of appetizers EVERYTHING...was delicious and service was outstanding. Highly recommend making a stop here.More

This was our second trip to Cuba but my first time eating at this paladar. Although the last paladar was good, this was even better. Our waitress Denise, who was fabulous, helped us decide and we got the ribs and mixed meat plates. Both were...fall off the bone tender. Great special cocktail with rum and 4 kinds of layered fresh juices. They have a full bar, beer and wine. Highly recommended but it is on the second floor so people with mobility issues would have a problem accessing.More
