First you get a table and you will be allocated table number ( you will be given a piece of paper with the table no written by the waiter) Then go and select the seafood you want and the staff will weigh and tell you the weight of the selected seafood.. He will then ask you how you want it to be cook. The problem starts here as they do not speak English. They only know STEAM,BBQ,SPICY,and NO SPICY. So we can only tell them its either to steam or BBQ, spicy or no spicy. Fried Rice is available here and like usual, when we ask what choice do we have - only seafood fried rice. My family of 11 had dinner at Hai San Be Man in Danang. We ordered 7 dishes (mantis prawn, fish, squid, scallop, prawns, fried rice & morning glory) and had some drinks (oolong tea & coconut juice but no alcohol). The bill came up to...VND 4.6M, around USD 200. The place is crowded and busy, so it’s hard to talk over all that noise. There is no menu so you basically pick your seafood from the tanks, they weighed it and asked if you want to steam, fry or BBQ. Taste wasn’t great and overall dining experience so-so.More

Friends recommended this seafood place and luckily got the info to try our luck there - as there are literally hundreds of seafood places in Danang. It’s a basic restaurant where you choose the seafood to weigh and tell them how to cook it. Steam,...stir fry, grill etc.. The food came quickly and tasted yummy. Staff spoke little or limited English but you will get by- the serving staff were helpful versus those staff at the seafood tanks. A local contact brought us for dinner here during a business trip to Danang. This is a very big restaurant, and virtually every table was fool. It is noisy and messy and chaotic, but the food arrives promptly and there is lots of waiting staff....The seafood is incredibly fresh (you can choose it yourself from dozens of tanks) and although the preparation is basic, the flavours are excellent and everything is very fresh. We ordered a large number of dishes and drank lots of beer, and the cost was less than US$10 per head. Amazing value.More

We have dinner after reading some reviews. Many live seafood selections. Staffs will weight it and will decide for us the cooking method. Food taste good but price is average but not cheap. Place is clean and staffs are efficient too.

There is only one Be Man. Very popular with locals. Huge restaurant. No menu. Huge variety of seafood but not necessarily dirt cheap. Limited staff who can speak English.
