As others have suggested, it's definitely worth the extra effort to get up the hill to this restaurant, especially around sunset. A rare 270 view of the harbor and islands, and the food was flavorful, well cooked, and nicely presented. As elsewhere in Labuan Bajo, it's always wise to go for the grilled fish, which was fresh and mouth-wateringly tasty.... More

Haven't eaten here, but the owner loves football, so it's the only place open in the middle of the night to show all the games from major tournaments (Euros, World Cup etc.) on a big projector screen a.k.a bedsheet

We went in on a quiet Friday night in May, the staff were polite and happy to seat us right beside the harbor view. Lush trees below and a great view of LBJ. The food was very affordable and we were both pleasantly surprised when our food arrived. Generous portions, lots of little extras (a salted avocado/cabbage/watermelon salad accompanying my... More

The place has great views of the harbour and good food. Even the menu is easy with English translation and it's great value for money with very good wifi connectivity. We discovered it by accident and absolutely loved it as compared to the commercial places in the center of town. It's off the center but worth the effort .

This restaurant was close to where we were staying but a bit away from the main street restaurants. We had several meals here and also called in for drinks & snacks. The meals were excellent and pricing reasonable. Certainly worth the effort to get to.

Went there for lunch and had a perfectly acceptable Balinese style nasi campur. Returned for dinner and had quite possibly the worst garlic bread I've ever seen. It wasn't even bread, but some sort of bloated greasy crepe masquerading as bread. With huge chunks of garlic scattered across it that they'd somehow managed to get half burnt and half raw.... More

Great indonesian food, beautiful setting and view, quiet, very reasonable prices. This is off the main drag -- a 10 minute walk up the hill -- but well worth it. Everything we ate was delicious. Less expensive and better food than the places we tried from Lonely Planet.
