This is a great big Irish pub in Mt. Maunganui near Tauranga and the day I went it was empty, but I guess I was in between lunch and dinner so only myself and a few other people were there. Could have played billiards until dinner rush started. I've been to Ireland and it really had that old world feel... More

Good Guinness on Tap, no Kilkenny, but had a Murphys red, a bit sweeter. Quiet pub, most people were outside. Had a bowl of chips, which were well cooked and not dripping in oil. Very peaceful place to have a quiet drink.

Went to Rosies for a leaving shout & was quite impressed. A good selection of beers & winesplus pool tables. . Although I felt the place was a little dark & dingy. That may be the atmosphere they want though. I was very impressed with the range of finger food they served over the evening. Wedges, pizza, chicken wings &... More

We booked the Garden bar to celebrate 4x Birthdays on Labour weekend. The staff were very heplful during setup. Everything went to plan. Management catered to all our requests and the evening went really well. Everyone enjoyed the ambiance in the garden bar. Drinks were reasonably priced, we had free jukebox during the evening which was excellent. I would highly... More

Great place fantastic service and food was amazing! We went out for some drinks on Thursday night and decided stop at Rosie's for some snacks. We had pizzas and food out of their menu and OMG they were delicious! Better hot chicken pizza ever! From 8:30 KARAOKE PARTY started and yes it was FUN!! Love it!

Chose to eat here after a day on the beach and fancied something wholesome. We were not disappointed. My husband had a steak pie and I had pan fried fish, which was done as I requested as I do not eat dairy. We both asked for roasted and steamed vegetables which were on the menu but not necessarily with my... More

We were a group if eight for dinner. Two were happy with their meals but the rest of us weren't. One didn't get their meal, another arrived cold and took forever to come back, one returned theirs. Mine, the roast was only a TV dinner reheated, or so it seemed. There were only four wine glasses in the bar which... More
