The minute you sit down you are swarmed with many plates of salads you didn't order a quick look at the menu will explain the reason they are so eager to serve you the salads before you even sat down, they will charge you 12$ a person for them in addition to the price of your order. Beware this is the... More

A traditional Arabic restaurant, food was heaping, especially the salad course which was enough to feed a table of four people, with much left over. Wonderful seafood, and good meat meals are to be had at very reasonable prices. Parking is a little bit of a challenge, and you should make sure to have reservations if you plan on late... More

Stopped here for a quick lunch after viewing the Magdala synagogue site. Service was friendly and very quick. Food was very good - we kept it simple ordering humus, falafel, and tabouleh - the portions were more than we could finish. Definitely would go again when in the area.

Whenever I am in Tiberius I tend to have my meal at this restaurant that serves traditional fish dishes. I enjoy each and every bite of the freshly cooked dishes. The place is easily accessed and large to fit groups. The restaurant always serve a verity of appetizers and fish meals of which I enjoyed the sea fruits plate and... More

Visited here with a large tour group. I ordered the "St. Peter's fish" which was a whole fried fish. It was good! But if I go back, I might want to try the filet of fish or the chicken. All of the salads / appetizers were delicious too. Service was awesome.

Had lunch here in April of 2015 as my wife and I were planning trip that I will be taking in January 2016. Loved the restaurant. We have used the En Gev fish restaurant for the last 15-20 years, but will be using Tanoreen our next trip. I do not expect to be disappointed.

What a treat! Friends who live not far from the restaurant convinced us to join them for a late lunch. The spread of fresh salads that we were served was the best ever. Seafood, hummus, perfectly spiced vegetables, eggplant with tehina, chickpeas, cabbage, beets, tuna salad was divine, oven baked pita bread topped with olive oil and paprika and so... More

It is the best fish restaurant in the area and even Israel. Whatever you order it is always fresh and served with a smile. At that restaurant the stories that are mentioned in the bible just came to my mind and just thought to myself how inspiring this area might be. A restaurant that is worth a try and you... More
