Good presentations, nice flavour. But not outstanding. The service is quite good. But wasnt a fan for the ambiance. Seem a bit outdated.

A truly expensive dining experience but worth every cent! I tried to find fault to write about but couldn't find any. The food here is of finest quality from preparation to taste. The kitchen is visible from the dining area where you can see the young chefs skillfully preparing your meal. I was skeptical at first to try the 7... More

We had to wait a long time to be served because the staff gave priority to other tables. The fish was rancid, I had to leave it on the side. That was an expensive dinner for just bread and butter

Had rib eye here plus foie gras. Very very good. Premium place and good service. With parking, fine French wines and good dessert. Though over 10 years old, it's still a staple restaurant to visit when craving for fine French cuisine and well seasoned steak.

Been back here a few times as I spend time in Manila for business frequently. I usually get sucked into their 8-10 course tasting menu, which I quite enjoy. See the pictures for the 10 course meal I had tonight. Being Manila, it is not know for the foreign cuisine, but I quite enjoy it. Pricy for Manila, but worth... More

The food we had was delicious and service was excellent. We were welcomed inside even they actually were closed. We had agnus beef and their aubergine seafood composision. Try it!👍

This shows how it should be done ! Puts many UK top restaurants to shame. Tasting menu is something else.

If you want a fine dining experience, this is ok. Food is good. Would like to comment on slow serving time... Ambience is 4 out of 5... Food is 3 out of 5... Coffee is excellent...

This restaurant focuses on quality. Quality ingredients, preparation, staff training making dining here a very pleasant experience. Look for the McDonalds in Bonifacio High Street across Home Depot and you should see the restaurant above it.

Description
Aubergine Restaurant and Patisserie was established as an apprenticeship venue for International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management (ISCAHM) students for a thorough training in the same way as working in a first-class and fine-dining restaurant and in a 5-star hotel set-up kitchen. But it is the first and foremost world class restaurant that quickly carved its niche in the Philippine dining scene and beyond. Furthermore, Aubergine has earned the nod of a number of award-giving bodies including the Miele Guide, naming it as Asia's Top 20 Best Restaurants.
