Warm evening, charming courtyard or indoors dining, very pleasant, helpful & attentive staff without being intrusive. Not too noisy as the surroundings do not consist entirely of hard surfaces that reflect sound, unlike those found in so many trendy venues these days which make for...More

The food is amazing. Good quality and the service is friendly. They give complementary side dishes sometimes. Have a good menu. Similar to Indian food but different in taste. Located close to Norwood Parade.

Taste Of Nepal’s Story Welcome to our Nepalese Restaurant in Adelaide. Our dishes are prepared using the finest and freshest produce available in South Australia. We are a very fussy bunch at Taste of Nepal. We like things done the right way. We grind our own spices to ensure they are fresh all the time. The pre-ground spices from the stores oxidize and lose their flavors much quicker than whole spices. Therefore, fresh and freshly ground toasted spices add much more flavour to your dishes. No hidden anything, just fresh food full of individual flavours without the overpowering influence of chili. We know that good food is the fuel for mind, and spirit, as well as the body. Gluten-free | Vegan | Vegetarian | Lactose-free | Nut-fee? We’ve got it all. Led by head Chef Kashi Ram Poudel who introduced Nepalese food in Adelaide for the very first time. Kashi migrated to Adelaide from Nepal in 1988. Since then he has worked as a head chef for Taj Tandoor, Jasmine Indian Restaurant before opening Sagarmatha Nepali Restaurant and Namaste Nepalese Restaurant. He then went on to establish Taste of Nepal in 2004. Taste of Nepal is no doubt the best Nepalese Restaurant in Adelaide. He invites you to indulge in the fantastic and varied flavours of traditional and modern Nepalese cuisine on The Parade at Kensington. Dine indoors or alfresco in this fully licensed restaurant, while you enjoy the welcoming service, as well as the wonderful artwork, transporting you back to the time of the ancients! Come and enjoy the amazing choice of dishes on offer, with a comprehensive wine list to suit all tastes.
