This was a return visit. Welcome was just OK . Service was very good. The seafood was moist and beyond any criticism. Even the chips were excellent. Crisp but not overcooked. The salads are not to my liking but the tomatoes were flavoursome and firm. Avery enjoyable meal.

The King George Wighting is so good, always my first choice. And the calamari is soft tender and sweet, strongly recommended. Staff is very nice and professional. Kids was happy and enjoyed last night.kids menu is good as well. The table light is a good feature, attracting kids all the time.

The times I have been there the friendly staff and quality of the food has been the same. The fresh oysters were magnificent.

Pretty basic, fish and chips - grilled, crumbed or battered. Freshly cooked and served with a salad. I actually thought it was quite expensive. The service was so slow they took 20% off our bill (without us asking) for the long wait for meals to come.

This fish shop is a must for lovers of king george whiting. Book a table on the deck upstairs...good buzz. Service is above expected. The coffin bay oysters are excellent. The whiting can be prepared 3 ways. Good sized filets. Accompanied buy hand cut chips and basic salad. Priced well for adelaide standards. The wine selection is acceptable and well... More

I had been this restaurant twice before Christmas holiday, there were too many old customers during lunch time. I was the youngest customer in restaurant( I am 26 years old). I think the tastes of those food were not so bad , but the price is a little expensive to me. Maybe it is time to make some changes, the... More

It had been 3-5 years since we had visited this cafe as as in recent years we tended to have our regular fish meal at Paul's in Gouger Street in the city. However we were advised that the Parade location now accepted the Entertainment card and it was "under new management " Recent reviews were variable so it was with... More

We visited Paul's for dinner several years ago and were very disappointed in the quality and above all the freshness of the food. However, on a return visit this week we found it to be greatly improved. The fish and salad were lovely and fresh and the chips (always too many) were well cooked and nice and crispy. The service... Paul’s has been a stalwart of food on the Parade for many years. Many times it had been impossible to book due to popularity. On Boxing Day 2016 it was relatively easy to get a group booking earlier on the day. Upon arrival, I was easily able to find the group upstairs and almost as soon I sat down was... More
