The food here was good, but not enough to overcome the extremely long time it took to get acknowledged, ordered and then served. It was not busy. We did not return.

I stopped in for lunch, because I saw a sign for wings half price (I love wings!) the atmosphere is like a pub..dirty floors and dark (expected) saw a gentleman eating a burger it looked really good..ok here goes. I ordered a pound of wings with medium sauce. (Only $6 on Wednesdays) first off the wings were over cooked and... More

we were looking for a pub burger, and Cookstown had good reviews. the interior is pretty bland even by pub standards but the cheeseburger was large and quite tasty.

When we drive to Toronto, 5 minutes from the 400, is a good restaurant, nice atmosphere and great service. They serve local brew, great chili, pub food, lots of sports on tv. Been there a few times. Will be back again.

Went here after hockey game during our kids tournament this past Friday. Pulled pork poutine and 2 lbs of wings and i tell ya after the pulled pork we couldn't barely touch the wings (which was awesome too by the way). You must try this place when in the area

Used to go here all the time. The food and value is great. Had to use the male bathroom last time I was there...... it was absolutely disgusting. It was extremely dirty and looks like it should have bee renovated years ago. Do these places not get inspected!!!! It sure should have been failed. Hopefully the owner reads this and... More

We have been to the pub a number of times and it is hit and miss Some of the food we have ordered has been decent but recently has dropped in quality quite significantly Service at at times has been horrible to say the least. The server's seem to be more interested in gabbing then paying attention to their customers.... More

Heard a lot of good things about this place so stopped in on the way home from the cottage. Should've just ate at home. Food was just ok. At best. Service was not. Food took almost an hour. Waitress was wearing open-toed flip flops. Ick and stood out on the patio chatting for a full 10 minutes after the kitchen... More

First attended here in 2010 after moving into town. Went in expecting standard "corporation beers" and the usual pub grub. Very pleased to find that the beer selection is quite good, and the food variety and quality puts it,well beyond regular pub fare. Service has always been good, and we adopted it as our local watering hole forthwith. Come hungry... More

The food is very good, and our server was pleasant. Our order arrived in reasonable time, and we quite enjoyed our meal, and will come back again.
