It's a very nice, cosy restaurant with great paintings on the wall, huge collection of snowballs and a living parrot :) Food was good and fresh, but a bit overpriced. Menu and service only in Italian which made ordering problematic and led to few mistakes. Anyway - much better than "tourist" restaurants.

The title says it all. The food was OK - not fantastic value nor great tasting. It seems that the few customers they do get are mainly tourists - so perhaps not very popular with locals. There is only one member of staff in the restaurant (excluding kitchen) so when it became busier with about 6 tables occupied, it was... More

Walked into this Osteria by sheer chance. I was walking back to my hotel after a hot and tiring day, a bit hungry and wanted to just have a quick bite. I was warmly greeted (in English!) by the maitre d' and the server who had just started that day. He made a very good effort to translate the Italian... More

Mirco, owner and chef and his wife,Luana, the hostess, run a most interesting local Italian restaurante in Mestre, Venice. We enjoyed our meal and recommend their restaurante/bar. Luana and Mirco treated us as family and did their utmost to make our meals a great experience. A bonus is that our accommodations, Outlet Sweet -Venice, is just around the corner.

This home-styled restaurant is a charming eatery with a lovely smile. Staff are friendly and charming, the food wonderfully Venetian and their own label of Prosecco delicious, soft and smooth with lovely bubbles. The home styled menus were explained to us in English (we don't speak Italian) by our charming waitress and recommendations provided. The atmosphere is very warm and... More
