We were told about V's by the locals. We had great meals at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you are out on the Far East end. Indian flavor among American menu.

Best Local food in the area. So "islandy" and real!! A real treat away from the "city" even though that is not to shabby at all. This quaint little restaurant started by a housewife became a "MUST EAT AT.." place when the historic area became popular.

When we first walked in there was no one to greet us. A surly server finally arrived and said she didn't know what was on the menu board that night. She said go inside and look at it and then let me know when you are ready to order and disappeared. We got up and left and had a wonderful... More

I have just visited Vivine's Kitchen a few days ago. It is like other's have said, you order off a dry erase board and can see her kitchen from the steps. The view is awesome. I had the fried fish which was grouper It was good. It was different from restaurant quality grouper I had from Anchor and Den a... More

4 parking spaces, cheap table clothes if you can call setting, not smiling when they are helping you, you order from something that looks like a half way door, not really clean place and chicken flying around everywhere, food somehow greasy, I am NOT able to recommend until they clean their act and get better...I felt i was going to... Remember how your parents always assured you your Grandmother was a wonderful cook but you dreaded almost every meal you would have there? Lumpy mashed potato, chewy chicken? In my case it was always spam salad. Well this is that place. Pay cash in advance, tuna is canned! Only thing appealing is the native fish fry. That comes with cold... More

We stopped here for dinner on our way back from starfish point . Vivine came out of her kitchen to explain the menu written on a chalkboard . We ordered a fried fish plate for $10. Vivine went right to work preparing in the kitchen of her house. We could actually see her counter, stove , refrigerator. She offered her... More

After several locals suggesting Vivine's we tried it and it was fabulous! More food than we could eat and very reasonably priced! Will definitely go there again on our next trip back to Grand Cayman!
