We went on a Saturday to Sao Roque and we decided to have lunch at Vila Don Patto’s Italian restaurant. The restaurant was lovely, the staff was very friendly and attentive. We had the prix fixe all you can eat menu, this means they bring you all they’re pasta and risottos. Children under 5 don’t pay, and from 5 to 11 they pay half price. The pastas were very good! Definitely recommend it! Besides the restaurant they have a playground, ice cream shop and other attractions!

The place is very beautiful, there was even a mini Portuguese dance show, there is a nice atmosphere to drink wine and eat sweets, and the service is exceptional. When we entered we were greeted by Nicole who was soon ready to show us to a table. And our waitress Emily did everything to serve us well, suggested wines, took our photos, even noticed that a bee had fallen into my glass and removed it before I swallowed the bee hahahaha. There's a cool little shop, where I bought a São Roque magnet, but I missed selling more Portuguese or Italian things that would make good souvenirs. Now, because I gave reasonable. We bought a dish of cod and artichokes, the dish was reasonable, some parts of the cod were dry, but the artichokes inside got lost with the potatoes. A shame, because you couldn't taste the artichoke. So in the end it was a cod dish with potatoes and rice. Pleasant atmosphere, however the service offered and quality of the food at La Pasta left something to be desired. We ordered the “Spaghetti Al formaggio” dish and the “Filet Mignon Turner” dish was suggested as a side dish. The spaghetti was not spaghetti but linguine, which arrived cold and sticky, looking like it had been from the day before. We were in a group of people at the same table and we all ordered the same dishes, which were served to some people on flat plates and others on deep plates. The meat was bland and not even worth half the price charged. We drank red wines that were served in buckets of ice, at temperatures below those established by the characteristics of the grape. And to harmonize with all this, the waiter added a little farofa to the pasta. We've been to other restaurants at Villa Don Patto a few times before and left super satisfied. We went as a family to celebrate my mother's birthday, I asked beforehand if I needed a reservation and they said no. On the day, we named the queue after waiting for almost 2 hours, they arranged a table outside at 3pm, before lunch arrived we asked if we could move the table inside, because the sun was burning people and the inside was with several empty tables, they didn't leave. Paying too much for a horrible service
