They serve very good quality Mutton at worth price. Worth trying for one time. Ambience is very old fashioned. Meat quality is average.

We stopped here to have lunch on our way back from Amritsar to Delhi, primarily because we had heard a lot about this place and were told that the dhaba's food was awesome. We were shown into what they call the Family Lounge - a poorly lit hall with about a dozen tables. The place was actually dilapidated, with rickety... More

First things first. Locate the real dhaba!! It has a poster of Kali Ma outside. So please travellers, look for the poster and then enter. Chicken curry is the staple go to thing here (half plate enough for two people) and naans are loaded with butter. Seating is poor. As expected from a dhaba. So don't look for cleanliness or... More

Everytime I go and visit this place, I only try one thing, thats Keema Kalegi. One of the best dish I've ever tried. Non veg lovers - must try.

This age old eatery which is more famous for its non veg exploits has a loyal clientele eating the Dal and Shahi Paneer and when we are on the road then there is no looking back so here we go to the original puran da dhaba. Located adjacent to the bus stand in Ambala and on the other side the... More

Old is gold. Puran Singh ka dhaba is speciality of ambala. It's near to bus stand. You will find lots of puran dhaba these days but original one is old one.
