Great to stop

Me and everyone in my family and friends book our flight to Jamaica to fit in with the opening hours of this jerk center. I always have rice and peas with both curry chicken and jerk chicken with festivals on the side and a bottle of their very cold pepsi. Sometimes Ifeel like I go to Jamaica just to stop by Ultimate.

Best Chicken Ever!!! Period!!

Deeelicous!! For real No Joke!! reasonable prices too. Jerk Chicken: 1/2 chicken = $1,100 JMD or $7.75 USD. They also have Jerk Pork, Jerk Rabbit, Curried Chicken, Curried goat.

ASKING FOR TIP AT THE CASHIER STATION?

Went with the family to purchase meal and the cashier is asking for tip. If you comply, the tip amount is not shown on your bill, next, why should the cashier asked for tip when there is not additional service, as well suppose i intend to pay someone else the tip, do I have to pay another tip since the cashier already highjacked the first tip. It seem distasteful to be asking to take tip from my money instead of allowing me to pay at my request. The food was awesome but the action of the cashier was rather distasteful. If this is the practice, it is a turn off.

Part of my tour I was only offered Jerk Chicken, Jerk Pork or Fried Chicken. I opted for the Fried Chicken as Jerk spices affect my nasal passages. I asked for Drumsticks but, was told that I can get a thigh with a Dreamstick attached I only got two thighs with no Drumstick Very little meat was on the thighs. I sauce on the beans was tasty with the rice. The waitress was writing orders on her hand. I guess that no paper was available. Drinks were included such as juices, pepsi, and ting a grapefruit soda.

Had a stop here, place is pretty clean, bathroom facilities well kept/clean. nice picturesque facility great for taking photos and the staff is pleasant. Cashier moved pretty proficiently., Ordered the chicken/ pork/ soup. the meat kind could have used a little more to get the meat darker as it was kinda pale which did not make it appealing, food was edible (what is up with that watery sauce) . had the beef soup felt warm in the cup but having it was tepid watered down and the chicken soup had no food in it and it was not requested like that. Also check your bag if you get served everything, it was only 1 server i saw serving she must have been overwhelmed.

The food was terrible........The customer was even worst.

The food was terrible. Firstly, on arrival to the location the environment was inviting, then we went inside and ordered fish, pork, chicken, rabbit and wings and sides The fish was fried to dry so it was chewy. The rabbit tasted ok but it was tough and gave your mouth a bit of work. The pork was not moist seem it was on the fire for two days. Sides the bammy was not soaked in coconut milk so it tasted terrible. Green Plantain was terrible, The Festival was ok. The customer service was terrible. They hardly pay attention to locals and appear very prejudiced.

Unexpected Pleasure

Wow! Our driver insisted we stop for lunch and I will be eternally thankful. Probably the best jerk I had all week! Meat was tender and tasty and perfectly spiced. There’s also a great open air bar there where, given time, one could easily while away an hour or so digesting with a Red Stripe or three. Location off a major road is not ideal, but the food will make you forget about that! There is a mediocre souvenir shop that is skipable. It’s about the jerk, Mon!

Poor service and food

Went here for mother's day with my family and to say the service was really bad, it took a long time to get the meal and after we got our meal the fries were fresh and the jerk pork was a little bit too hard, plus the rabbit meat was not what I expected. We also ordered Pina colada and to much pine apple juice. I'd never take my family back here.

Great Local Authentic Food!

Our driver, Kenroy took us here on the way home from Dunn's River Falls. We were all starving and wanted authentic Jamaican food, but did not want to try some shady hole in the wall. This was wonderful. Super clean, outdoor dining (covered). The food was excellent. We all got jerk chicken with rice and peas (which are actually beans). It was spicy and delicious (but the kids loved it too). Our driver got curry goat. Our 6 year old was brave enough to try it and loved it. Prices were super reasonable, you get tons of food. If you are out and about in Jamaica give it a try!

Great food, great atmosphere

We ate here twice on our last visit to St Ann. We had the curry goat, jerk chicken, festival, jerk rabbit and stew slice fish. We loved everything except the slice fish. Food was fresh. Rice and peas tasty. We will be back next trip for sure!

It seems more like a spot that people go to for quick and easy fast food than a really small local joint. It's not that it's not authentic, but it's clearly designed to produce a lot of food quickly. Next time we will check with a few other people about smaller places to go.

We stopped by on our way to the Bob Marley tour after visiting Dunns River. My husband and I are vegan, and they provided us with tasty rice and peas, and steamed cabbage. The others with us enjoyed their jerk chicken, as well.

Good food, lots of parking and a good price too. We eat here every time we are in the area.

Plenty of parking and the music is never very loud. So many places turn the music to a stupid level that ruins the experience. You order yourself at a window and then they call your number when the food is ready. The food is good and reasonable. The jerk chicken here was great, the portions on the jerk pork were disappointing and not enough for a meal. Stew port and chicken were great too. Prices are reasonable.

Worst Food Ever

This is so awful. The jerk chicken wqs extremely dry and we tried the fried fish which was worst. This was the worst jerk chicken I had in my entire life. Just don't bother and keep driving. There is Skotchies in Montego Bay and Ocho Rios and if you can wait, you may be better off. Just don't bother.

Definitely a gem

As someone who is annoyed with the entitlement servers and people who work in restaurants and tourism in Jamaica seem to have when it comes on to being tipped, I have to say that I love this place. The jerk is probably the best I have had in St. Ann. Rabbit isn't something that has been popular on the island but they have had it every time I dined. The women working there take pride in their work without expectations of tips from diners as an incentive to do so. You can sit and enjoy your meal without feeling as if you are taking up space (after the hurricane there weren't many options to go anywhere so we spent maybe 4 hours).
