Came here for my partners birthday at the beginning of December. When we first arrived we noticed how busy it was, had to stand and wait for the table as it wasn’t ready. Finally got to our table and half an hour we were moved to the other end of the restaurant as 2 people didn’t attend we needed to be moved to a smaller table. The service was quite slow but that’s not surprising considering the place was literally bursting at the seams! You could just about hear eachother to have a conversation. Was charged £40 per person, 3 slices of halloumi for a starter and 2 pieces of chicken with cold chips for a main, no where near worth what they were charging. The stairs to the toilets stunk of sick where someone had thrown up down them and the queue’s for toilets were ridiculous. Was moved upstairs after our 2 hours was up but after entering the upstairs bar we left straight away. You physically couldn’t move. You could actually feel the floor shaking. They seriously need to think about the customers experience rather then the money in the till. Would I go again, no I wouldn’t and I would recommend others to look elsewhere too if they want to have an enjoyable night.

Where do I begin, my daughter booked and organised a table as a surprise for my 50th birthday, two months before the date.
The table was booked for 7pm, my partner’s job was to get me there for 7.30. When I arrived I was greeted by everyone there for my celebration standing in the doorway. Still waiting for the table. We as a party of 16 had to wait until 8.30pm to be seated.
It then took the staff who were obviously understaffed nearly 30min to ask us for our meal order, the starter was served to the table relatively quickly. However the presentation of the food looked like my 2 year old grandson had placed it together. I personally had the garlic prawns. I had on my plate 3 tiny king prawns with a tasteless sauce poured over it, with 4 pieces of pitta thrown on the side. The best starter served was mussels it was presented and tasted lovely.
After the stater was served they intermittently removed plates from our table over the next 20min. The man that was obviously tasked with the job of removing empty glasses from the table for some unknown reason decided to ignore the empty glasses on the table and remove to of our party full drinks.
After an hour of waiting and asking where our main course was, a waiter rocked up to the table to ask if we would like coffee and dessert.
Our main course arrived they completely forgot one of our parties main course, one of them was cold and the others were lukewarm.
The venue is a beautiful venue, the ladies singing were amazing.
I’m not sure if they just take bookings and hope for the best that parties will not turn up, it may be that this was a particularly short staffed night. I am sorry to say I will not be returning or recommending this establishment to anyone.

I came here to write a review and found my experience mirrored lots of other people’s - I wish I had read them as opposed to believing the hype on Instagram!
Came here for my birthday meal on Saturday. Was greeted by a nice lady who immediately told us she wasn’t staff, but was security ‘helping out again’. Waited a while for our table.
After being seated we waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order - it only happened when it did in the end because I stood behind a staff member and waited for him to take someone else’s order (who arrived long after us) first. He was apologetic and suggested more drinks in the sense that these would be complimentary because of our wait - they weren’t and actually there was another drink on our bill that we didn’t order! (This was refunded when I pointed it out)
When the food came, it was very average. We had the sharing platter - plentiful in amount, but nothing to write home about.
The atmosphere and entertainment is great; but there aren’t enough good staff and the service is shocking. My friends had brought a cake to be delivered as dessert - we had to chase for this too, and as soon as they finished singing. I asked for it to be boxed back up so we could leave straight away. £150 for 1 course and 2 drinks for 3 people was about double what it was worth.

The service is appalling, we were greeted by a lovely girl on the door but the waitress who seated us needed to be taught how to smile and converse like she wanted our custom.
We went tonight for a 50th birthday and spent the 2 hrs trying to get our drinks ordered and trying to get waiting staff to notice us. Every time a waitress/waiter came over it was to clear glasses etc when trying to order more we got told multiple times they would send someone over to take our order that NEVER happened, we felt like we were constantly complaining. Some drinks felt strong others felt like they had no alcohol in them when we eventually got them often waiting at least 20 mins at a time making the drunch £65 over priced. Food is ok nothing to write home about flavourless and thrown at you, no sauces offered and to be honest I couldn’t be bothered to wait to be noticed by waiting staff to ask for any. We had the table booked between 5pm -7pm and were rushed off of it at 6.45pm! Also we were asked to pay before we had any drinks or food which I found rude and it also ate into the 2 hr slot. It seems the size of the venue is too big for staff to cope won’t be rushing back. Think of your customers experience and less of the till.
Nothing worse as a customer when you are made to feel rushed or ignored. Disorganised with sub par service.

Awful experience. We waited over 2 hours for our food and when it did it was cold and bland. The staff were rude and kept telling us it was “coming” whenever we asked how much longer the food would take and it never did come. The manager didn’t really care and did agree to reduce the cost of the bill but we had to keep arguing. He told one of us he was giving us a “free dessert” and wouldn’t charge but we pointed out it was actually part of the set menu and not free at all and he didn’t even bother to reply, just an “oh.”
Just an awful place, cold food, long waits and terrible service. None of us would ever go back.

One of the worst brunches I have EVER done. And I have done multiple brunches in central London and local….
Entertainment great. Food and drinks not. Can’t hear over the music and takes so long to get a drink. I wouldn’t class this as a bottomless brunch because there is nothing bottomless about it… They take ages to bring your drink and when you complain then they take even longer!! One of the biggest waste of money I have spent. And a disappointment to a birthday brunch!!!

Came here for a works Christmas party, that had been booked since September. Table was booked for 8:30pm. Was left standing just inside the door until our table was ready at 9:25pm!! Took forever to take our order. Didn’t get the starter until gone 10:15 and the main just before 11pm. For a table that was booked for 8:30, to eat at nearly 11pm is such poor service. Starter was ok, main was tasteless. Ordered chicken skewers, no flavour to the chicken, was just plain chicken and chips! The Christmas dinner price was £40 per head. Very overpriced for the food. Manager, Nico, was very rude and unprofessional. Restaurant/staff cannot cope with the amount of people there. Will not be returning here.

Our experience at this establishment was unfortunately marred by aggressive and unprofessional management. We attended for a bottomless brunch, an event we are quite familiar with, and were well aware of the typical protocols. We were informed that we could order another drink once our current glass was halfway empty. However, one of our party received a new drink without requesting it, and the waiter then cleared her previous drink, which still had several sips left.
When my friend expressed confusion and pointed out that she had not finished her drink nor asked for a replacement, the waiter, who later identified himself as the manager, responded in a shockingly aggressive manner. He chastised her for wasting the drink and suggested that she wouldn't have done so if it weren’t a bottomless brunch. This interaction left my friend visibly distressed.
She approached the female maître d' to explain what had happened, who was understanding and offered an apology. However, the manager, having noticed the complaint, returned to our table and began shouting, demanding to know what had been said to the maître d'. At this point, I intervened, pointing out that his behavior was unacceptably rude, to which he retorted that if we thought this was rude, he could certainly show us what true rudeness looked like.
This was, without a doubt, the worst service experience we have collectively encountered at a restaurant. As business owners ourselves, we felt compelled to share this review, as such behavior severely misrepresents any business. Although the food and entertainment were enjoyable, the overall experience was so negative that none of us would recommend this venue, nor do we plan to return.

6 of us Came for a Christmas night out, and upon being seated was given the £38 set menu which on their website was for parties of 8 plus. When we asked the manager if the normal menu was available as there was only 6 of us he very rudely snapped that this was the only menu available and walked off. Some in our party have a small appetite so 4 of us decided to share a set menu each. The food is average at best, not authentic Greek with cold scallops, frozen hard meatballs and tasteless meat with tiny portions of sauces. This place is seriously overpriced with 11% service charge added on.
Over all it is overpriced, average food and the manager is very rude! I will never return!

What started as a great night having been given our table and serving staff being very attentive finished with the manger being very rude and spoiling our evening.
This restaurant is being run like a conveyer belt get them in and out as quick as possible
As soon as we were sat we were quickly being made to order even though two of our party was stuck in traffic and not yet there so much that they wanted us to order for them.
At NO point when booking was we told it was a 2 hour maximum stay on the table.
This is when the evening was completely spoilt and the manager should be ashamed of his behaviour
He came over very rudely pointing to his watch stating you’ve been sat here to long, we was in the process of sorting the bill when he literally grabbed a table from us and shouted back at us something unpleasant
We was then told we’d have to go upstairs to carry on our evening for such a large restaurant downstairs this upstairs area is tiny and you could hardly move unless you go outside on the balcony which in December is freezing
The food was mixed depending on what you ordered, I had filo pastry for starter and lamb shank / mash for main which was nice but others ordered other food and was not impressed at all.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, what could have been a superb evening was ruined by the way this business is being run
Let patrons enjoy their evening, take their time and enjoy their celebrations we would have spent far more on alcohol if not been so badly treated
2 course meal of substandard food just shy of £40 and don’t even think of having a pudding as that’s not even an option !! - if they do we wasn’t even offered the opportunity to have one

Having been to Greece this year, and to Greek Meze 2 twice, I feel qualified to say this place is overrated.
The food is very very average, not authentically Greek and the waiting staff are the most miserable/angry looking bunch of men you could meet. They rush you and order you around with never a smile. They don’t deserve customers.
Cocktails are nice and the building looks swanky from the outside, but it’s basically fancy wrapping paper. Style without substance.

I visited with a group of 8 friends in March and we had the best time so decided to come back with 8 members of family in July.
The second visit was pretty different. We booked a table for 7.30 and expected to have the table for the whole night (as we did before and we every other table had). However at 9.15, when we were waiting for our desserts, we got told we had 15 minutes and had to move up to the upstairs (which is basically a nightclub).
I would have been a lot more ok with this, if they told us when we booked that we would only have the table for 2 hours (but they didn’t). Also, my parents are aunt/uncle are approaching 70 - they would not want to go to a nightclub with 21 year olds.
We felt a bit annoyed, so I spoke to the Manager and after a lengthy discussion he agreed we could move to a smaller table downstairs for drinks ……. Not ideal, but ok. Therefore, at 9.30 we had to move the whole table to the other side of the restaurant.
We ended up spending £700ish here on 9 people. After the second visit, I’m not sure if it is worth it. We were very rushed (as they had clearly overbooked) and our female waitress had a lot of attitude (rolling eyes when we asked for more drinks or 2 more flutes for a bottle or Prosecco).
It’s a shame, as it has a nice atmosphere and the food is pretty good.
I have also been for lunch before on a weekday and this is a nicer experience as much less busy and staff were friendlier.

Visited for Hen Night, had to wait half hour for table booked at 8pm then didnt get our food until 1020pm couple of meals had to be returned as cold. Manager was very rude we asked for some water and had to wait over half hour for this and after going to bar to ask where it was manager barked you need to go back to the table to order. Couldnt fault the staff and the singer where brillant but the food wasnt nice so wouldnt return.

Booked this restaurant 4 weeks ago and paid a deposit for 6 people on 2nd December for 8.30pm. On arriving we were told we couldn't be seated as they were waiting for people to leave. An hour later we are still standing by the entrance, the Manager/Owner takes us to a table then tells us we can't sit down as the table is for 8 and seats are important to him. He then starts shouting publicly at the poor lady on front of house. We'd all had enough by then and walked out. Absolutely shocking customer service.

Worst place i have ever visited! Booked 4 weeks ago 6 of us for 8.30pm got there no table so overbooked people standing around no one knew what was going on after a hour gave us a table sat down then we were told get up you cant sit there thats for 8 people theres only 6 of you & your cost us money! Stood up & i said thats enough give me our deposit back 60.00 he open till & shove it at me so many people were complaining. Def wont be back! It was freezing cold night ended up walking all the way to Sidcup Weatherspoons to finally get a drink & some food! Greek Meze is run so bad never experience anything like it total canage avoid!!!
