We have visited Szklarnia (The Greenhouse) with Family as it was recommended to us by a few friends. We have tried to book on a day but due to a high season (Christmas), the restaurant was fully booked and unable to take any more guests....However on the day we were in the area and decided on an off chance, we would walk in and ask whether they have a table available for 4. By a miracle, they did and found a table for 1.5 hrs (which was plenty of time for us). We have had 3 course meal and ordered – Squid with chorizo, Sirloin Steak & Eton Mess along with some other delicious choices. I highly recommend this restaurant. I cannot fault it in any way – food, service, décor , atmosphere – all in top-notch quality! It also have a Bowling Alley on the top floor to enjoy a nice night out followed by a delicious dinner. It’s a must visit! We will be coming back next time we visit Poland!More

Szklarnia is located in the middle of nowhere but if you want to dine there it is better to make a reservation. There is a big parking space. The restaurant looks amazing and it is amazing. The atmosfere inside is cosy and nice. The staff...is very polite and helpful. You can relay on their experience and advise. The food is well presented and delicious. The menu has a wide range of choices. There is also a wine and alcohol list. Upstairs there is a bowling with 4 lines and also it is better to make a reservation. It is really amazing that you can find such a nice place just on the road.More

Honestly, we only made it to this restaurant because there was nothing else within a 20 km radius. That being said, the food was really good and it's worth driving there for their food! The ambience of the restaurant is nice - it's not too...big, at the same time you really feel welcome there. The menu is not huge but that's good. They were out of cheese, so they were not offering any more pizzas for the night - and that's great, it means they care about the products and their customers. We had a steak tartare - 6.5/10, not bad but not exactly in my taste; a chicken broth - 8/10, a pork cutlet - 9/10 - super good, and a pasta with chicken breat - also 9/10. The only hicckup was the fact that the waiter mixed up my wife's order, took it back to the kitchen and did not come back to apologise or to tell us how much longer we would have to wait. That was not very nice but overall the restaurant is a place we would love to come back to.More
