I really should not say this because I don't want too many people to know about this lovely tea shop. The owners are wonderful, so friendly and they make you so welcome, whether or not you are a new customer or a regular to the tea shop. I often pop in with my husband for a coffee, we always meet... This used to be a lovely place to go for breakfast. It was always full of regular customers and had an inviting atmosphere. However, the other morning it was empty, the music was loud and I couldn't understand where all the customers were. Now I know. I ordered scrambled egg and toast. It's priced at £5.50 but thought I would... More

First visit to this very pleasant little Tea Room come Cafe. A good choice of hot and cold meals and snacks. We had and enjoyed Mozzarella, tomato and Mediterranean vegetable panini and Chicken, bacon, tomato baguette. Washed down with 2 nice coffees. You could have a glass of wine if you wanted plus there is a choice of daily special... More

Popped in here with the family for brunch.... A decent selection of sandwiches, snacks, drinks etc. Between us we had a range from their menu and we're generally impressed. Would gladly return

Great service, piping hot delicious food, friendly staff, excellent prices, great value for money. Clean and pleasant surroundings. Tables could be a bit larger, but space is at a premium. We will recommend Cafe Talis to our friends.

Visited cafe Talis yesterday late morning. Yes staff were very welcoming upon arrival. Tables are rather small & cramped together however the overall setting of this cafe is rather quaint. Luckily only five other tables were occupied so it did feel quite spacious. . . I ordered a cappuccino, sparkling water & a mozzerella, ham & tomato panini. The drinks... More

I have been meeting friends here for years and the quality of food and service has never varied. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and we have always been pleased with our delicious meals. We look forward to meeting at Café Tallis for years to come.

Had a nice late breakfast with my niece and really enjoyed it as did my niece. We both had a different choice of meal but were both very good the portions were just right. The staff were all very nice, the only thing I would say is the tables could be bigger but appart from that excelaent.

We have been here many times and will always go back. The staff are friendly, attentive and always very welcoming. We generally go for breakfast on Sundays and you can't beat it. Good quality, well cooked food, a fry up at its best! The menu is varied and caters for all tastes, so if your not looking for a fried... More

Popped in while visiting West Wickham. Looked welcoming with nice clientele. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Tables were perhaps a little cramped.
