To start off with, I tried to email them twice, with no response. Then I called twice, they put he on hold, then got disconnected. When we checked in at 10pm, after traveling all day, they gave us a lesser priced room than what I booked. It took over an hr. To get the right room. The breakfast the next... More

We stayed here for two nights, and enjoyed the room and location immensely, but the food here could definitely be better. We ate breakfast here the second morning and I had the pork tacos, and my wife had the molletes. Both were very basic and lack any real flavor. Even though the service was very attentive, for the high price... More

Is an elegant hotel in the very center of the city, inside colonial walls with parking inside. One deficiency: They do not serve breakfast on site; We have to go to another hotel nearby (but quite expensive). Or fend for ourselves. And in the city center there are some great chocolate bars and churros vendors.

It is the restaurant of the Hotel Plaza Campeche. Right outside the historic downtown. This is where the elite of Campeche gather. Service with tablecloth, well uniformed waiters, and Splendid food. Not expensive at all.

Good value hotel with spacious comfortable accommodation. Decent WiFi. Excellent strong shower. Perhaps a little dated and the pool is very small. Other than that all good

Stayed here for one night. The weather was absolutely terrible so glad to get into hotel and looking forward to it as told very good. For a brand new hotel the room wasn't great, bits of wire and plaster had come off. The sound insulation was poor so could hear people bellowing in corridor over night. Toilet got blocked immediately... More

Nice big room with a king size bed. Good sized bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. Good location and only a five minute walk to restaurants and shops. Lovely old historic walled city. Good choices on the menu for breakfast. We unfortunately had a room next to the exhaust fan which droned all night. Sometimes when you take the genius... More

Rooms are average and a little small compared to others we have stayed in on the Yucatan Peninsula. Overall, the hotel is very quaint - from the beautiful tiled floors to the lovely wood details. Our breakfast buffet was good but just average. Staff was very attentive.

My stay was generally delightful. The polished stone floors and finish of the interior were very well done. The meals I ate there were excellent in both portions and quality. The only draw back was during daily heavy showers, one of the window casings developed a serious leak.
