We were lucky enough to spend a week in Cadgwith, and several lunches here. The price pretty reasonable for the area, the portions are generous and the quality of food is great. Well worth stopping in to, if you have the chance. Staff were always friendly, professional and competent. Which isn't something you can always say in cornwall, as much... More

Stumbled across this during a day trip to Cadgwith. Stunning location, we sat outside for lunch in the sun with an archway opening out onto a view of the shoreline. Very pleasant staff and a simple, straightforward lunch menu executed well. We had a ham baguette and 2 jacket potatoes which were generously portioned, attractively presented and came with delicious... More

We visited a couple of nights ago and had lovely fresh, tasty food. Two of us had the lemon sole which was cooked in lemon butter. It was gorgeous. Others had monkfish tails, fish pie and fish and chips. The food was freshly made and was really delicious. The staff were lovely and friendly. Definitely worth a visit. Lunches and... More

We visited cadgwith after a recommendation and what a beautiful little harbour and hamlet. We went to the Old Cellars for lunch, and when I saw crab sandwiches on the menu it was an easy choice. Served with Salad, and a few chips I thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was very prompt, and friendly.

A German couple in our B & B told us about the "fish soup" in Cadgwith so we dropped by one lunchtime and concluded this was the place they were talking about. As we only wanted a snack my wife had the seafood chowder and I had crab sandwiches and a couple of glasses of wine.We sat in the courtyard... More

Nice little place for refreshment on a days walk on the costal path. There are indoor facilities but the old cobbled courtyard is lively to sit in as it's protected from the wind and I'd atmospheric - looks like an old working courtyard which has been spruced up a bit for a lovely and wrk kind break! No views of... More

we discovered this place over twelve years ago. Since then it has become a tradition to drop by when in the area and have one of their freshly made crab sandwiches. Succulent

Historic building with a barn that you can eat in. Really lovely cream tea served by very nice & polite staff who went out their way for customers. Our request for cream tea at 7pm was unusual for the hour but they very kindly obliged us with a high quality tea- the scones were a nice buttery bake, the cream... More
