Had a meal at the Anchor last night, it was one of the specials. It was so tasty - roasted salmon with saffron mash, asparagus and butternut squash, yummy! Service brilliant, staff so friendly and helpful. I am so glad it is on our doorstep!

Went here to attend a funeral reception. All the staff were very friendly, the food was amazing. The toilets were very clean. A good range of drinks behind the bar, especially a wide range on the wine list. Would definatley visit again.More

The pub was very welcoming with a lovely atmosphere.The staff where friendly and the food served hot. I had the steak and mushroom pie and my wife had the sticky chicken. Both of us enjoyed our meal.We will definitely be returning for another great meal.
