This restaurant is a reasonably priced restaurant with a range of Asian food, including Indonesian and Thai. Quality is of a good standard

Some food was delicious, others were just okay. You gotta be picky on what you eat. It is commercially priced but affordable. You'll get a plate of rice for about 60k. I had the Bumbu fried rice. It was okay. My friend had the squid. It was great. A good place to burn time and relax. Can get pretty warm... More

Provided that serving size in Indonesia is typically small, we did not expect to be served an Ayam Bakar (a local chicken BBQ chicken dish) that came in the size of a quail. We have been to several local eateries both in Lombok and in Surabaya so this came as a shock to us. There was barely any breast meat... More

We ordered the young papaya salad, red curry and the ayum taliwang, the food was cheap and very tasty. The food and service was far superior to that you get in Bali. A recommended restaurant if you are in the Sengiggi area.

Had dinner here on our last night. The food was ok I guess. Anyway, food is subjective. Just a word of advice, dont ask for the food to be spicy. Say that u would like it to be a little spicy. Apparently spicy means loads of chilli & u ended up unable to eat it. Saying a little spicy will... More

Fantastic place! You must try the bbq squid it was cooked to perfection and definitely fresh $8aud. One of the few places you can get a decent side salad and lots of options. I also tried a curry from the Thai section pineapple curry with coconut milk and chicken $6aud . The ssb wine i had was actually really nice... More

We had dinner here and were quite impressed. My favourite was the cumi cumi goreng. The service was prompt and friendly too. Free wifi worked well and menu prices were all inclusive (no extra tax/service charge). Free ride to and from your hotel is available too. We would eat here again.

We had a good light lunch here with a Bintang. Lunch was nice and maybe a little on the small side but I did say light lunch. Our server was attentive and had a sense of humour. Certainly better than average.

Lombok restaurants have no distinct identity. They serve all kinds of food to cater to the tourist. Bumbu cafe has more variety compared to other restaurant along Senggigi. I ordered ayam taliwang and it was very good, albeit very small. However, I read somewhere that ayam taliwang is made of young chicken. I will be very sure to eat more... More
